C. J.I have used them several times. They have always performed very well in my view. The call is answered quickly and the car arrives in plenty of time. They also automatically recognise the phone number so you don't need to repeat your address on future bookings. Thank you!

A. M.Have used Associated Taxis for numerous years in the Gloucester area. Both for personal & business travel, at all times of day/night. Always on time, even when booked at late notice. Professional, friendly drivers getting you to where you need to be at a good price. Recently they have gone over and above in accommodating requests at sensitive times and am extremely grateful for this. Wouldn't recommend any taxi firm more than Associated and will continue to use them for as long as I'm in the area.
D. m.I understand why they only have 2.5 stars. I had one driver that was really nice and friendly had a nice chat however the short journey was really overpriced. I had another driver who was grumpy and was on his phone when driving, almost reversed into a car and got beeped at because he wasn't paying attention to the lights I wouldn't get in the car with him again. On a good note the interior of the cars are always clean and warm.
s. B.I use this company nearly everyday & also get picked up at 6am 3 times a week to be taken to dialysis. All the drivers know my health problems & are very caring & considerate, I won’t use any other taxi company. Amazing ladies who work the phones, especially Sophie, Vicky & Kelly. Pat is great & drivers are brilliant. Thank you all for looking after me xx
