A. Z.I booked a taxi to Beverley Norwood road. The driver was an old man, I gave him the guidance as he's not been to Beverley for a long time. He keeps entering the wrong lanes in Beverley even when I was guiding him. Upon reaching, I still have not received the link to pay. When it came, and I paid, the driver wanted to confirm on his phone. I was rushing to work. Why not the taxi have the card payment machine? Make things easier. And let the driver have a GPS guidance on his own, not depending on the customer!

K. L.Outward journey and booking experience was 5 star but had problems with return journey... I was told that I could pay the fare for my elderly mother via the phone after she was dropped off. Unfortunately this was not communicated to the drop off driver it seems. My mother was understandably quite distressed and confused at being asked to pay when arrangements had already been made with the firm.
Luckily, she managed to get hold of me whilst still in the car.
The gentleman I then spoke to in the office seemed a little sharp when I explained the issue.
That was a shame - the ladies I had spoken to previously were helpful and understanding. Perhaps an apology for the miscommunication could have been offered? That’s all it would have taken to make the mishap better. Hence the reduction in rating from 5 to 3.
