A 4-person delegation from my company in the US recently travelled to London for a week and used B & K for virtually all their travel needs, starting and ending with travel to/from Heathrow. The drivers were prompt and courteous, the vehicles were clean and suitable for their needs, and the rates were very reasonable. My dealings with the office were terrific - everyone I spoke to was professional, patient, and friendly and the itinerary (and its many changes) was confirmed via email in a timely manner. Billing was also done quickly and efficiently. We will definitely use B & K again as well as refer other colleagues and friends.

Loved the experience, absolute life saver this service was. Was stuck at stratford at midnight due to no more tubes going the way I needed to get home. Was looking at bus journeys and other cabs, however waiting time was way to long. This service is excellent quick and simple. Aaqib

Thank you so much Bush & Kensington Cars, My daughter and her friend were stranded in Shepherds Bush at 2 am. Got the cab for my son at 11 pm on 18/7 after my son waited for central line more than 20 mins. Paid by my credit card over the phone. Got the registration plate of the car picking my son up and he was driven to Perivale from white city tube station in 15 mins! 'Simply The BEST!', THE 'DISPATCHERS' of THIS CORDIAL FAMILY RUN BUSINESS ARE ALWAYS AMENABLE, COURTEOUS & RESULT-ORIENTED: THEY HAVE NEVER FAILED TO GET ME WHERE I NEEDED TO GO, OFTEN 'in a pinch' AT THE LAST MOMENT'S NOTICE! [in the ODD-OUTS of one or two cases per year where I was left myself w/LAST Minute's NOTICE; often AT 'PEAK-TIMES', or 'CRISIS' CIRCUMSTANCE: e.g. Sudden Downpours//THE OCCASIONAL SNOW IN WINTER//TRANSPORT 'Tube & Rail Strikes' ...and the like] -> If BNK Could NOT OFFER TRANSPORT they HAVE ALWAYS 'PATCHED ME IN' to Some Similar, Top-Notch Service -> 'SIMPLY THE BEST!'
