The booking agent Jay was really helpful on the day we needed a last minute cab and traffic was awful. Went out of their way to arrange for a cab. Would highly recommend.

M. Á. G.Great customer service pre-flight. Absolutely charming call from them before my flight departed and an amazing upgrade on my car, which was beautifully driven and extremely comfortable. The only two small things: the pick up at the airport was a bit confusing, we were delayed by customs and the driver was not waiting at arrivals, but at the departures drop-off, which was odd.
Also, and understandably, we had to pay for the waiting time, but it was a bit confusing as we didn't know this, or how much, until we arrived home and I went to pay the driver the agreed amount. Maybe it would be good if the driver could have let us know when we got on the car: the waiting time is going to be X pounds extra (which would have been absolutely fine).

I've booked a car to return home from work at late night, the drive took longer than expected so I called back to chase it and mentioned that there was a group of drunk people nearby and I was feeling uneasy, Jay quickly chased the car and called me back just to talk to me until the drive arrived so I wouldn't few scare. That's how I found out that I've used Charlton Cars service 197 times!

P. B.I have been using Charlton Cars, Charlton branch fairly regularly for the last three years on all London airport runs (both drops and pick ups) mainly on business trips, so I value reliability. The Charlton branch has always been punctual and I have never had a negative experience in any of the bookings I have made. I have dealt with Junaid from Charlton branch and he has provided fantastic service, and the drivers have always been courteous as well.

C. A.Absolutely one of the best cab services I've used. The booking agents are great, the drivers are professional, the cars are clean, journeys are always stress free and the prices are reasonably !!
A. B.REVISED REVIEW: I finally heard back from them later in the week. Their manager was sufficiently contrite and professional, but because they deployed a driver twice they could not give me a full refund. This does not make sense given that it was not my fault, but they're a small business and they need to recoup their losses somehow. I amended the review from 1-star to 3-stars because their manager was courteous, responsive, and at least willing to compromise.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: I do not recommend this company at all. At first they seemed easy enough, and I even recommended them to 2 of my family members who we were also flying in from Heathrow. We pre-booked at £61 via PayPal coordinated through Naeem Mirza via email. On our travel day our flight got terribly delayed so we would be arriving a day later than our ETA. I emailed them about this 9 hours in advance, as I couldn't call since it was midnight their time and I was in the US. Since they didn't write back to confirm that they could pick us up at our new ETA, I emailed again to say that I wanted a refund because I needed to book with another company. No responses.
Meanwhile: they deployed a driver anyway at the original ETA (who angrily called my sister to say I wasn't there), sent a new driver to pick us up at our new ETA (without confirming with me so we had no idea they were there), and have refused to answer my emails about getting a refund, which is what any viable business would do if they were halfway decent especially given that I conscientiously kept them apprised of all our changes in plans.
In sum, and to reiterate, I do not recommend this company at all. They are cheap but you definitely get what you pay for.

A. O.I've arranged a 7 seater cab from Tunbridge Wells to Welling to be picked up at 12:45am in the morning. The driver arrived on time, and the ride has been pleasant. I've paid for 2 dropoffs, and asked for a third dropoff which I haven't even been charged extra for. The driver was a very nice person. Would definitely use this company again.

M. W.I used this taxi company on the 2nd November 2018 I was visiting the O2 arena the controller on the desk was friendly and told me the cost and how long it would take from hotel to O2.
The taxi driver was about 5 minutes late but that was probably due to the traffic with the O2 he was friendly and chatty and charged us the same price as quoted on the call which is always good.
He advised that they would cone back for us if we called 15 minute prior when we wanted picked up. Again a little late but traffic was horrendous.
Would use again if in london Greenwich area

F. E.Experiencially and Comparatively, Charlton cars Ltd is well organized minicab operatorship that is highly recommended to any prospective driver.
Of my 3 years working with Charlton Cars, I can truly say, drivers are respectfully treated and job shared fairly distinct from my past experience in other companies I've worked in. They are indeed great partners in minicab business.
To add it all, the shift controllers are well behaved, possess extended knowledge of the circuit and are well qualified in coordinating jobs without unnecessarily stressing the drivers.
I will stick with them awhile longer for the foreseeable future.
