Have been using Cheetah for many years on a regular basis to and from Heathrow. They have always been reliable and have gone out of their way to be especially helpful when I have made mistakes with the pick up time and sometimes even the date!. Our driver last night coming in from Heathrow was ultra punctual and got us home in record time.

Used them a few times. Friendly. Drivers are on time (often early which is good), safe and clean. Reasonably priced compared to other companies. They have however put up the price to the airport which I think is quite high and you can get a cheaper price elsewhere. They remain competitive for other trips.

My phone call to book was answered immediately politely and courteously. The taxi was dispatched immediately and I was told the exact time of arrival. The company texted me to confirm the booking, the car details colour and Reg and a link to track the cars progress to my location So I didn’t have to wait in the cold. A few minutes before the car arrived the driver called me and confirmed his arrival time and pick up location which was very useful. The driver was very helpful and helped my sons with their seatbelts. The car was clean and smooth. We arrived promptly and safely. I have been using Cheetah cars for years as I fly very frequently. Great service on the phone and in person. Always arrives on time and gets us to the airport and back with no issues!! We used to pay £45 now its £55 -£59 to London Heathrow as I always travel with 3+ large suitcases and usually 3 passengers. Really happy and will be using them for years to come!!

I used Cheetah Cars for drop off at the airport and pick up. Communication was excellent with text messages sent and live map driver tracking. Pick up was on time although at the airport the driver arrived 2.5 hours early due to a mix up at the office. Imran in particular was fantastic, friendly and courteous. Hired a mini cab from Cheetah Cars and the driver was prompt on time. He waited patiently outside the property after sending 2 reminders that he was there. He was patient and waited for the elderly passenger to get seated comfortably and safely in the cab and then drove off.

Driver was very prompt and courteous. However once in the car was not very friendly and didn't appear to want to talk. I knew the fare was £22, and handed him £25 at the end of the journey. I expected him to offer me the change, and I probably would have told him to keep it, but he didn't. I asked him what the fare was, and his reply 'Don't worry, I'm happy with that' implying it was s bit less than it should be. He eventually said it was £22, and begrudgingly offered me the change

Continue to be great local service across London. I'm particularly impressed with their SMS messages that are very detailed and keep me informed on journey progress. Continuous updates with the whereabouts of the car, and even called when the car picked us up to ensure that we had successfully been collected from our start point. Driver was exceptional. The Flight was unfortunately delayed and the driver turned up at the agreed time (1:15am), then there was a baggage delay. I requested 45 mins after arrival to not keep him waiting. He was polite and never complained, nor did he tried and charged extra. I only say this as I feel bad had he known the baggage was delayed it could have saved him some time.

Great service especially from IKEA. Used them for hospital drops and they’ve always been helpful to patients and show great respect to the riders needs. First time user. Travelled from hospital to home. First thing that strikes me was the excellent communication. Received lots of texts at each stage. Used the app. Everything was clear. Made a little mistake on pickup location. It was close but found better location for pickup. Unfortunately app does not permit change. Exceptional service. Taxi came within 5-6 mins and found us even though we didn't order it for the correct place initially (our first time in this area of London). The driver rang me up and had me on the line until he made sure he found us. His driving was very good, the car was clean and tidy. He even rang me later to tell me that a road that was closed due to an accident was re-opened, as he knew we were going to drive back from our hotel to Scunthorpe. Highly recommended, will definitely use again next time I need a taxi in London (which isn't often to be fair).

These guys really are the best around, out of all the minicabs I've used in London, none have been this reliable, let alone friendly. The drivers and the bookings team are always friendly, which is much better than the grunts that you get from some of the taxi drivers I've had before! I wouldn't use anyone else again. Always been brilliant at squeezing me in when I’ve needed a taxi at short notice and for always turning up bang on time (which is not something that could be said of other taxi firms locally!). My elderly mother has recently started using them too as she’s got to the stage when she felt stopping driving was a good idea. Drivers are brilliant with her, taking her shopping, helping with her bags etc yet never making her feel doddery or like she couldn’t do these things herself (she’s a very independent person!). We arrived at our destination on time at the end but I received a call 30mins before the taxi was due to arrive saying there would be late by 30mins this is unacceptable. The lady said on the phone " I thought I would let you know"... I was like that's the minimum you have to do to your customers to let them know. I will be skeptical to use this company again who knows if they will come late again next time and make me miss my flight... not very reliable. Luckily the driver was 20 mins late and we arrived on time because we had left a large time of the travel.

Overall good. The driver arrived 15 minutes late, without any notification,which was a bit annoying. Also he claimed to have no small change so the ride cost a pound more. I'd have thought he'd be sure to have a pound for charge on a 29 pound ride. But overall good and I would use again.

This was my first time with Cheetah. I had organised through Airport Bee to be picked up at Stansted Airport to return to west London after a late night landing, and I must say that the whole experience was extremely smooth, efficient and better value than using the airport parking which would have cost the same for a 5 day trip. I called the office after our plane landed early, and our named driver (Muhammad Jalal Uddin Khan) called back shortly after. He arrived at the express pick-up point only a few minutes after we did and gave an excellent service, very courteous, and showing great consideration for the comfort of his passengers, even offering a new bottle of water as we got in, which was a nice touch for dehydrated air travellers. The car was very comfortable, and Muhammad drove us impeccably smoothly and safely home. My companion slept peacefully the whole way! I definitely recommend and plan to use this service again.

Great company, pity they hire drivers who have ZERO Customer service! For the driver who picked me and my 2 daughters up last night Liban Mohammed next time care for the passengers you pick up! This driver picked us up, didn't give us a chance to safely put on our seat belts! Then proceeded to speed over bumps WHILST EATING a packet of crisps at the wheel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was VERY unimpressed and if this was Uber he would have scored a 1 star from me!!!! My childrens safety is so important to me! I HATE inconsiderate drivers!!!!!

Excellent service, very pleased. We booked a taxi to go from Luton airport to Aylesbury. The taxi came on time with clean and good baby car seat as per the request. We asked to go via Hemel Hempstead to avoid roundabouts that prevail on the route via Dunstables as our daughter might get travel sickness. Amazing service. Was stranded at Stonebridge Park after tubes all cancelled at rush hour. Tried other cab companies and they were rude and unhelpful as was a busy time. I took a friend who has disability to her therapist.on first day the lady 159 I think her number she was excellent she helped my friend out of the car on our return she waited for us.on the second trip we got angry cab driver who was early in comilng we booked for 1.30pm he came 1.20pm so he was upset with us not standing outside.my friend said asked are in I bad mood are you angry because he was shouting?.he said no he is not angry. He was not helpful at all. This is a FIRST CLASS Mini-Cab company (and I'm NOT related to anyone working there either!!!!). I booked them around 2 weeks ago (to take me to a Theatre in Hammersmith) and they arrived very punctually and sent me a text message to let me know that their driver was waiting outside my front door. They even told me what the vehicle was, it's colour and registration number to avoid any confusion!! The driver (it was car 23) was very friendly and informative and told us that he would be still at work when the show had finished. I called Cheetah again as soon as the show terminated and he was back outside of the theatre around 15 - 20 minutes later (it would have been impossible to have got there any sooner!). Our return journey was just as good and all that's left to say that, out of all the many mini-cab "visiting cards" that appear through my letter box, I'm MORE than happy that I took note of Cheetah's number and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who reads my comment here.
