S. M.I called Commercial Cars for the first time late last night, a text confirmed the booking, arrived on time, and the driver was polite and professional. I just had to leave a glowing review. I'd been travelling for 19 hours, due to weather delays, and I was so tired I left my laptop in the back of the car. This morning I called and there was no sign of it, but I assumed the driver had been on nights and would still be asleep so I emailed my details. This evening I rang again and immediately the controller said yes we have your laptop, I just picked it up and he was so nice. The driver got a small token of appreciation to thank him for kindly returning it. They now have a new customer!
R.Booked a 7 seater for £70 to pick me up and drop me off at Heathrow for a ridiculously early morning flight. Driver was on time, price was reasonable. Good service.
