Drivers are friendly. They are on time.
For example. I call them and say I want a car from..... to....... and they would say how much it is and they say how long it would take to come to my house which is probably 3 to 4 mins. Drivers are always there and cars are clean. Cheap prices basically normal uber prices and a good cab service.

D. F.This is the first time that I've used Crossharbour Cars and I've lived in the Isle of dogs for 11 years. I will definitely be using your services again. The driver was very friendly, the car was nice and clean and the price very affordable. I booked the cab for 5:30am today going to Heathrow Terminal 5. 15 mins into our journey I realised that I forgot my passport at home, the driver (whose name escapes me) turned around and brought me back. He then managed to get me to the airport in an hour despite the traffic, which meant I made it for my flight. Unfortunately, with the rushing I did not think to ask him to wait while I withdrew more cash and I was only able to pay him the pre-agreed amount. He graciously took my money even though he lost a bit of time going back and forth. I would recommend Crossharbour Cars!
A. I.Good service and operator comms, managed to book a taxi at 11pm for 4am to airport, with good driver who waited for us getting out with a bit of delay and gave us a quick ride to catch flight on time.
