Car arrived on time which is so important as on way to a hospital appt.which can be very worrying. If after planning the journey and requesting the car for a certain time if it then doesn't arrive on time adds to the stress of the customers health worries. I've had that experience. So I'm eased to say in this occasion it all went smoothly. Makes such a difference.

got in the cab shut the doors . £15 on the screen😂😂😂 cab driver heard me ranting about meter cabs as i wasn't the one who booked it and didn't realise it was a meter and failed to let me know. Also drove a extra long around the world route. Drive was smooth tho . don't get data cars unless u rich lol😂

They sent a driver to pick us up from Heathrow Terminal 2. He was on time I'm even though our flight landed early, was very polite and a careful driver. He got us to Lewisham in less than 2-hours for a reasonable fee.

Don’t usually scroll through reviews but I had time to kill waiting for someone... very surprised by the poor reviews, and felt compelled to write a positive based on my personal experience- been using Datacars for ages- used to use them all the time for airport runs and business trips- always polite, on time and good value. Generally use Uber when in town for convo ken W but recently have started using Data more and will continue to when I’m not in the city. Great service, friendly drivers and better value than many competitors... never had a bad word to say and have booked countless journeys through them! Cheers guys

I needed a taxi urgently to take my dog to the vet. The car turned up on time. The driver, Abiola, was very friendly and polite, and he drove with extreme caution, taking my poor sick dog into consideration. He parked with consideration, so I didn't have to carry my poor ol'gal very far. And the cost of my journey was very reasonable. Thank you Data cars.

I would recommend Data Cars over the black cab any day. Not only do you get confirmation emails of arrival times, cab drivers name, car etc...which from safety perspective is fabulous also makes tracking forgotten items a breeze. I would like to commend Roman for going above and beyond in helping us in retrieving my husband's cell phone left behind in a black cab (black cab was not all that helpful). This was our third ride with Data cars since arriving in London. A highly recommend them.

I have recently signed up as a driver working for Data after being a loyal customer for nearly 10 years. They have always been reliable getting me and my mates home from venue on a Saturday night as well as the many airports trips I've done with them. They're a great company to work for and have a very reliable and efficient service. Drivers have good local knowledge and go through strict backround checks as did I. Without a doubt they are the best local firm in southeast London and are cheaper than Uber.

Booked a cab 1 day in advance for a transfer to Gatwick with a pick up at 3am. The app made it easy as it gets. I called at about midnight to confirm the booking, the operator knew straight away about it. Then the cab turned up perfectly on the dot of 3am. Perfect. Could not have been any better

I've used Data cars for a few years, the only problem I have is when I set up my payment account there always seems to be other transactions listed as pending from my bank? For instance I recently paid £6.30, via my account. But when checking my bank account the 6.30 came out, but with £7.60 pending as well?

Booked a cab 12 hours before a 04h30 start on a Sunday. Driver texted to say he was on his way, 15 mins before. He was considerate to neighbours given the hour. The cab was clean, the driver polite. I received reminders by text not to leave my bags behind. And the driver wouldn't have allowed that. The fare? Fantastic value from Lewisham to London bridge. 5+stars. Great service. Kevin

Have used Data Cars for airport transfers a few times, they are competitively priced and the cars are usually clean and modern. Drivers can vary, often quite inexperienced but usually polite. Call centre is worse than useless.

Data Car Lewisham's topographical training with Peter is great. Peter has years of experience, he is knowledgeable and has useful equipment. Peter is patient and the training will help you to pass. I first thought it was expensive but trust me it is well worth the price.Thank you Peter! Location is good, you can park in Lewisham shopping centre and parking is not expensive. Data Car is also easy to find. Highly recommended.

I have a Pre-Paid card that has got £100 credit on it. I was informed last week that Data Cars no longer use the Pre-card, I have informed System at Data Cars regarding this matter. I am still waiting for the money to be refunded to me, The cab service is excellent but trying to get my money returned is turning out to be a problem. I am an OAP and can not afford to lose £100.
