Great station and a convenient option of going to Barking.

A good station with two entrances. It is a small station with 4 platforms and decent rail connections. It is connected by the Circle and District Line at Tower Hill and the DLR at Tower Gateway. I rate it three stars because it looks a bit old to me and the station is a tad too small.

Serving the East Coast of Essex this is a small City of London Station with only 4 platforms. Compared to other London routes its at the lower end of the service problem scale. Has a pub (The Fen) inside the station and a couple of shop's on the upper level with a Superdrug and Burger King on the ground floor level. Price are the normal City levels but the food is usually good if you must buy!! Good taxi service outside....no car parks close buy

Fenchurch Street station is accessible from 2 directions but if you want to avail yourself of the food shops you will likely have to choose the right one. Trains will generally take you east to Basildon, Southend Airport and Southend.

C2c service is one of the best trainlines but this station is often closed during the nights and early mornings which can be inconvenient. Also the toilets are gross - avoid!

Definitely the quietest of all the London terminal stations with only four platforms. At least it's accessible via lifts and escalators and the station as a whole looks quite nice. I would've given it four stars had c2c not made some questionable changes to the train timetables.

Very quiet station for London! Only 4 platforms. There aren’t a lot of services but very handy for Essex. There aren’t a lot of shops, there are toilets. Also the main station is bang in the city. Would recommend to use- although the station can close quite early at night- normally 9pm. But services run from Liverpool Street instead.

Needs Work The station has plenty of facilities and frequent service The platforms however are very dark and dimmly lit. The walls inside the men's toilets are decorated with grey dirty mop heads. This is not an acceptable solution to leakages. This is a terminus that serves all of the work force of East London, I think we can collectively afford a dignified bathroom. Let's take pride in our service.

Good station with four platforms and a departure board. Trains leaving every few minutes for the Essex coast, Southend on Sea and around the area. WH Smith, M&S, Cards Galore and baguette shop a s well as a pub on same level as platforms. Burger King down the escalator. Always looks to be clean.

Great Station ...Fenchurch Street is one of the smallest railway terminals in London in terms of platforms, but one of the most intensively operated. It has no direct interchange with the London Underground. Plans to connect it stalled in the early 1980s because of the lack of progress on the Jubilee line, but it is close to Tower Hill on the Underground and to Tower Gateway on the Docklands Light Railway.

An ok station as the London Termini of the c2c network but only has 4 platforms so a rather tight schedule of services. Also the only london terminus to not being connected to a london underground station the nearest being tower hill on the district and circle lines. One of the more quieter london termini stations.

This is the terminus of the London bound C2C station. I am always in a hurry to get to work when I arrive at this station. There are a few shops/restaurants but nothing much to do in this station. This station has multiple entry/exit points and it gets a bit confusing, if you are new to the area or if you are not sure which exit leads you to which street. So worth doing a quick research if you are new to the area.

Travellers tip - Fenchurch Street station has two smaller entrance/exits on Cooper's Row. These are MUCH nearer the tube stations south at 'Tower Hill' and north, up the road at 'Aldgate'. When searching directions to/from Fenchurch St station - try alternatively dropping your pin on Cooper's Row, beneath the railway lines - you might find it's faster than walking to/from the front entrance. Also, sit in the 6th carriage from the front of C2C trains travelling INTO Fenchurch St from Essex - you'll arrive right by the stairs down to these exits.

If you walking to tower hill be sure to select the correct exit from Fenchurch Street. Exit the train and use the stairs in the centre of the platform. Toilets and Burger King at the main entrance /exit. Coffee and snack available at either entrance /exit

We had a dinner before our train today and we wanted to put our bag into a bin. We went up, we went down, we even went to the toilets, but not one bin was found. There wasn't even one on the platforms. As we boarded our train, a lady went around with a trash bag to collect what people had left on the seats of the train, but we wanted a bin outside. Just as the train was pulling away, we noticed the lady again picking up the left behind rubbish into a trash bag. Every other platform and terminal has a bin, why not Fenchurch Street station? I am now looking into buying a hammer and a nail and literally placing my own bin on one of the plastic hoardings that adorn the area. Surely an out of place bin would not go amiss.

The station and c2c run this station well but it will be better if it is connected to the London Underground.

This is the main station for the C2C over head trains that go to Southend it's also close to tower hill underground station tower bridge and the tower of London

Helpful, friendly staff. Decent selection of shops to buy food and basic needs. Toilets always seem clean.

Lovely train station with a Burger King at the entrance, escalators, lifts and public toilets. You can also buy tickets from the ticket office and go all the way to Shoeburyness, or if you like living dangerously then hop off at Basildon or Pitsea which has great shops.
