I was visiting London and needed a pickup from Chelsea going to Heathrow for a family of six, with eight pieces of luggage, at 4:30am on the Monday following Boxing Day, itself a holiday. On top of that, because of a mixup with another cab company, I first called Chelsea Cars at 7:30pm the night before. I was desperate, as other hire cars were either charging extortionate holiday rates or had no availability.
The dispatcher was great, handled some complicated confirmation issues efficiently, and booked us into an eight seater Mercedes van at a very competitive rate.
Needless to say, I was a bit nervous at 4:25 on Monday morning. But the driver appeared a couple of minutes early, cheerfully loaded all our bags, and drove us quickly and carefully (for which some of us were especially grateful, as riding facing backwards at 4:30am can be ugly!), and couldn't have been nicer.
On the whole, a great outcome to what might have been a transportation nightmare. Highly recommended.

The car was spotless inside. They clearly take a pride in their business. I have used another well-known cab service for over 20 years but will now use Fulham & Chelsea cars whenever I need a car.. M. f.Fulham and Chelsea cars are more then cab firm's but community they are always available when we need them as I'm senior citizens, they always came for my rescue.
A.Booked a car online to go to A&E and they confirmed by mail but just didnt turn up. I was waiting outside from 5 minutes before the booked time to 20 minutes after. Do not trust this company if you want a taxi.
