I got notified of which car my driver would be arriving in before he arrived. My driver arrived on time and rang me to let me know he was waiting outside. It was raining heavily, but he still came out of the car to help me put some things into the boot of his car. Always an excellent service and very happy using Goldline Cars. Would very happily recommend them to others.

I've used goldmine cabs for few years now, since moving into East London and I can only say their service has always been impeccable. I love the fact they texts you when the driver is on their way to you, you can track where he is. They're also very quick to pick your call or whatsapp message, with quotations or queries. All the drivers have always been super professional, and as a woman cabbing on my own for work early morning and late at night, feeling safe is a must. I always use them for airport transfers and they always have decent prices. Last drivers I've used few days ago we MD Forhad and Naheem.

Had some large bags to move from A to B. Our driver arrived on time and packed backed into the drive close to where the items lay. Mohammed the driver, was friendly, polite and courteous. Everything fixed in thanks to him. When we arrived to our destination he helped take the items out. The cab price was excellent and I reflected my appreciation in the tip. Drivers are always polite and helpful, and I have always had a good service. But I had a bad experience last Friday afternoon. I booked a cab 3 days in advance to take my mother to hospital. The cab arrived 30 mins late only after me making 3 chase-up calls. They said that they were short of drivers (the guy actually said that they had an influx of bookings, despite me booking 3 days before!). I have complained and they said they would get back to me. I'm still waiting for a response. 17th August - still waiting for response to the complaint. 27th August - still waiting for response to the complaint. 3rd September - still waiting for response to the complaint.

Fare prices but you never call up for a cab and they have one local at least a half an hour wait. When you look on the app it would say 11mjns for a cab. You call up and try to book and they say there’s nothing available. The app has an error and it’s incorrect. Another customer lost to Uber. Also drivers requesting for money upfront as a regular customer I don’t expect this

Without a doubt the best car service in London. Hired a 32 seater back in November 2015 for guests arriving at my wedding, on pickup around 8pm in SE18, was told the Blackwall Tunnel was closed. Goldline called me and said a different driver would arrive and be on time, true to their word he made it. Used Goldline a number of times since and I've never been disappointed. Prices are excellent, the cars are well maintained by the driver(s), can't fault them.

When you move in an area it takes a while to find good services such as local ammenties,shops,Doctors,Dentists etc etc. So when you do you have to tell others so that they do not have to sift through the dross to get to the good stuff.
