Booked car and driver for next morning. (other firms not available at the needed time). Confirmation by text, text next day car on way and when arrived. Driver delayed by fuel queues but still got me there on time. Booked again next day to go to Gatwick, best price quoted, paid by card. Safe driver, clean new car. The best.

Feels weird to order a taxi this way nowadays.. Used them for an airport transfer after having a ridiculously bad experience with another provider. Booked online, got a quote and booked. Then got a call one hour and a half before pickup to comfirm passenger number and was then quoted a higher price :/ Driver was friendly and perfectly on time. Will use again but get the quote on the phone or in the office to not have the increased price.

I found myself stranded at an airport in the early hours and had to order a taxi last minute. Despite some communication problems, the driver arrived in an hour and was very polite and friendly and took me to my destination safely. Also, there were no hidden fees or charges. Overall, I am thankful for a last minute service who were up to their quality.

I had a very ill cat that I had to collect from a vets all the way out in Kensington. I couldn't get through to any local cab offices and I was stranded with my recovering moggy. I called Islington cars as i have used them in the past and find them very helpful. They agreed to come all the way out and bring me and my cat back. The controller was so kind and called me to assure me they were on route. We were both so grateful. The driver was very careful and my cat had a comfortable journey. I will definitley be continuing to use islington cars.

I use this company several times to travel to work and other places but recently I used them to carry food and other stuff to a friend’s birthday bash at White City. I was overwhelmed by the help I received from the driver in loading and unloading the goods. He was a much older person than I and I felt guilty of him carrying some of the stuff, but he would not listen. This is just to say thank you to the gentleman and to the company that hired him. The driver was not only professional and very courteous but very helpful too. I will of course continue to use this company in the future.

Great service, got a text saying the car was en route with a link to track it, which eases your mind when doing an early airport run. Driver was 15 mins early but didn't hassle us to leave until we were ready. Nice car, speedy journey and great price. Really recommend!

But, there is a first time for everything and i was not disappointed at all. The car arrived promptly and the guy was very nice, and we had a very good conversation.
