Good service to use. Friendly staff and 8/10 taxi drivers are pretty good. If you do get a problem with a taxi driver just report them to the reception and you never need to see them again if you didn't want to.

I recently moved to the area & needed a reliable car service as I travel across London for work. I booked 2 trips this week over the phone. The lady was very helpful! Both drivers were so lovely, on time to collect, on time for drop off & even carried my bags for me! Thank you so much :) Would highly recommend their service & am so happy to have found such a relatable taxi service! Will be using for the Foreseeable future!

Fantastic service. On time. We have been using them for years, not only they are super reliable, but also really caring. For example this morning, we were on our way to the airport. I was bringing in bags while my hubby was finishing something at home. As I was still waiting for my partner I left the house door open. The driver reminded me to close it. I thought that was such a sweet gesture that he did not need to do, on top of loading the bags into the car. Very kind and caring.

Brilliant service from London Cars, 5 mins early and waited for us, the receptionist was polite and very helpful, kept me informed of their whereabouts, the journey was very pleasant in a luxury vehicle and waited on us to return with them. Brilliant company, I have used this cab firm for about 15 years with no problems at all.

I called this company to collect me and a friend from Guys hospital. As it was rush hour we would have to wait 45 mins. I explained my friend was anxious after her procedure and wanted to get home as soon as possible. Their operator understood immediately and within 15 minutes had a driver at the main entrance. The driver was courteous, helpful and assisted with the oxygen equipment. He drove smoothly and knew all the back routes and I wondered where was his Sat Nav? He does not use one south of London! I would like to thank them for their understanding and also they were the most economical of all the taxi companies that were contacted. So if you even need to be collected and especially from a hospital, do consider using this company.

Great cab service for airport drop off and pick up, even after a return delay of 18 hours there was no standing around waiting. The cab driver then went above and beyond when my parents opened the front door to discover their house had been flooded from top to bottom. The cab driver was straight in to help my dad turn off the water and was willing to do anything else to help them.

I usually book directly and speak to the very friendly staff. When I need to get anywhere fast the staff have been loyal, dedicated and have bent over backwards to serve me. The cab service have not raised their basic fee for me since I moved into this area! Thanks much!

London or Sydenham cars is excellent. I was recently taken to hospital from the actual office, I had chest pains. The office staff were excellent as was Ekram my driver. I'd also like to thank the customer/nurse who looked after me until the cab came, she even gave up the cab that was meant for her. I'm alright now. So thanks to everyone
