Reviews of London Euston
A. H.
This review is specifically about the Hidden London walking tour (run by the Transport Museum) of the disused tunnels underneath Euston Station. These date back to the days when the City Branch and the Charing Cross Branch of the Northern Line were entirely seperate lines run by seperate companies. As more co-opeartion developed between seperate lines interchnages were built under Euston although these have no fallen into disuse. Some of the tunnels are filled with rotting 1960s film posters. HL tours are very popular and well worth doing but you need to book fast as soon as they become available. Id highly recommend the tour - its both interesting and creepy.
K.
This is a very large station that is the station that tends to connect rail to places further up north like Manchester.
There is a few places to get food at like burger king but some of the food places are expensive down to where they are and there are a few shops too. There is also the option to go down to the underground if you want to get further into London via underground train.
I believe you have to pay to use the toilets here or at least you did when I visited.
Some places might have changed or been removed since I was last here as it was a number of years ago now.
Visited: May 2016

So much building works being done in the area for HS2 but I still wish they'd pull down the main building as it really is past it's still by date. The main waiting area isn't big enough, the ramps to the platforms are too steep for disabled people and the platforms are dirty and dimly lit.
On the plus sides there are lots of good food options around and a wide choice. Sure there's still the fast food stuff but also done decent other shops.
P. C.
One of the main train stations in London. Quite busy, separated entrance to the tube station, a lot of construction works around. In the future, this will be a start station for high speed train connecting North of England with London.
S. V.
Very busy as expected! There were a good range of shops and places to grab a quick bite however we could only find one toilet which had a ridiculously massive queue meaning we had to go out of the station to find somewhere else to use. Not great if you've had a long journey with kids in tow. The signage could of been more prominent to help direct you where you need to be however overall the place was clean and serves it's purpose.
S. Y. L.
The station is one of the terminals in London. The facilities are quite classic and seems remained unchanged since around 2000

Clean n shiny station. Well managed. Helpful staff. Busy all the time coz it giving u service to travel many of UK cities to the North. Travelled from here to Manchester, Birmingham, Liverpool, Edinburgh n many more couple of times. Most of time services in time. Thanks to the companies providing their services like Avanti, LNER etc for comfortable journey.

London Euston Station has undergone a impressive transformation. The works have not completely finished. Outside the main entrance is an open air area where you can enjoy lunch from the various vendors or shops such as Itsu, Nandos etc. There are street entertainers, live bands and some really great singers that make you feel you're attending an open air concert. The Station itself is clean and welcoming with ample staff to assist you. There are the usual concession stores inside, and public toilets. All signposts are clearly marked and visible making it easy to navigate. The transport links from Euston is excellent. It is a busy mainline station, so you can expect a little hustle & bustle. Overall a fantastic experience especially with the street entertainment.
E. M.
the fast train arrives here so that's good. I wish you could get to the national rail trains quicker and it's a bit of a walk from the underground but I know the walk now so it's not too bad. The platform finder is helpful though I wish the shops on the underground were cheaper and that goes to the national rail part of the station, too - I paid over a pound for a packet of crisps and the pastries are at least £4! thank **** you don't have to pay for the toilets anymore though.
S. O.
One of the main station in London, very busy and well managed all the time. Separate gateways for train and underground.
R.
It is awesome, loads of space which handles the amount of passengers, lots of train connections, an underground station and lots of bus links. Wheelchair accessible entrance and very easy access to platforms. Easy to use ticket machines. I was traveling from here to Watford Junction and the London Overground train was very punctual on departure.
T. 1.
Quite a nice station it’s got lots of shops selling food to travel supplies. There’s a decent amount of eating places to, Leon, Starbucks and there’s restaurant called the signal box which looks nice. If your travelling on avanti there’s also a first class lounge. Works are going on at the Moment as HS2 Is being constructed so things are are a little bit confusing at the moment. The toilets are free too which is good
G. B.
Convenient and clean station, but… if there are any significant delays (which are understandable) there’s a big possibility that smaller town/village stops will be ignored and removed from the route, to catch up with the delay, without thinking about the people who may have to catch/depart train there!
A. Y.
The 5 stars are for Jodi the railway officer she was extremely kind and helpful as there was no clear information of the trips neither the platforms up to 7 minutes near departure which is extremely nerve racking you would have to keep an eye constantly on the board! Many people were complaining about the same issue!
M. J.
It's nice when you arrive. But when you are leaving the station it is so stressful waiting around a crowded area. It's like a flock of sheep when they platform gets announced, every one literally runs like as if the train is gonna just zoom off with its door opens. 3 stars
A. K.
This train station is under zone 1 and easily accessible through different underground route of tube. From here you can get train for different place like Liverpool, Birmingham, Glasgow, Manchester etc. They have quite huge screen where they keep displaying about timetable of different 🚆. Staffs having helping Nature.
T. P.
While Euston maybe not be anyone's favourite railway station it still at the least functions efficiently and works as it should. It is fairly obvious the structure was built during the modern brutalist era of the 60's and is in need of being rebuilt. I don't mind traversing this station, I look forward to when it's at least remodeled and extinction rebellion have been permanently evicted.
M. S. A.
Suitable for disabled. But platforms are not clean. Old. Rain is flowing inside from the roof. Construction in progress. Outside of platforms, there are coffee shops, food terrace. Connection routes with the underground is confusing.
M. A. A.
Clean and well organized station in London. The entire environment is great. Every movement is well organized and very well settled. They have departure board as well as arrival infor board. Passengers are very discipline here. Also the staff of this station is very helpfu. They are always interested to help the passengers specially who are new there.
p.
Train station. Lots of shops to buy refreshments for journeys. Public toilets. First class lounge not clear who can use it , different train companies. I wasnt allowed to use it even though I had first class tickets.
a. w.
One of the busiest train station in the London. But very organized place.
A. R.
Euston Train Station is reasonably quiet at the moment due to covid. The trains are running as normal with only a few passengers per carriage during off peak times.
Euston has plenty of shops open, mainly food orientated which gives plenty of choice, especially while waiting.
The tube enterance is now outside which reduces the number of people inside and passing through. I cannot see where the direct access off the platform has gone.
The station remains clean.
A good experience.
I.
This is one of the busiest and most connected railway stations in London. It is mostly crowded. The station is fully wheelchair accessible♿. They also have a special mobile assistance facility center to help people with special needs. The area around it is currently under construction but still the local businesses around it are open as usual and there is adjacent local bus facility available too , where you can buses to almost all parts of london. The place is clean and hygienic and COVID norms are in place with compulsory face coverings 😷and sanitising station facility.
R. H.
A big thank you to OJ. Our train had changed to an earlier time and this wasn't shown on the app so we missed it. OJ got us on another train home with our original tickets, and it was a quicker train to!
R. T.
Good communication point. Always crowded at rush hour.
M. Z.
Huge station, kept very clean with plenty of hand sanitizers, mobility assistance and some shops open during covid. Usually buzzing but national rail part is more or less deserted. Loads of seating and plenty of helpful staff on hand which is of great comfort.
L. S.
An impressively busy station. Clear screens to indicate your appropriate platform. Adequate toilet facilities.
T. D.
Not the nicest London station, not a lot of seating and all of them are taken up anyways. So if you are disabled you are screwed. Not many food options either and they all close relatively early, but the platforms aren't that far of a trek and the platform screens are fairly accessible (although huge crowds are under them).
S. M.
I have used this station for many years, the gateway or getaway to the North. Its gone through and currently going through changes.
It's a major train station, an abundance of facilities, shops there is support for people with disabilities, access to toilets,( which are now free to use.. What a difference it makes.) also access to lifts and escalators to the restraunts and first class.
Staff are always available to support you, there are information spots, as well as ticket machines and counters.
Not everyone will like the encounter with lots of busy people.
J. S.
Mahoosive Station
Overground and underground station
Enormous amount of eateries within the station.
Clean toilets. Although cubicles are miniscule especially when you have to take your luggage in them with you...!
Staff are friendly and informative
Hoards of travellers wait in anticipation for their train's platform to be announced, beneath the display board. It's a mass exit of waves of passengers disappearing as their train is announced. Only for it to bulge again shortly afterwards.
Just wish they didn't cancel the particular train you want to board. Ugh! Ended up waiting an extra hour. And then of course it was packed to the brim with passengers from the previous cancelled train
J. B.
Had to take a journey through Euston station today. Very helpful staff, especially a mobility assistant Dwayne.
D. M. H. A.
The place is so organised that it takes one no more than 10 minutes to get on board including waiting for the train and ticket checking. They’ve a huge display of train timings and their respective platforms.
There’s a ticket counter to buy tickets for all in land destinations but it’s preferred to book one in advance as prices get up near departure with decreasing chances of availability. Facility of E-ticket has actually hastened the process of boarding.
The station is very neat and clean, with multiple food outlets and a food court on the first floor. There’s also an electronic store for end time shopping.
There are few restaurants and coffee shops just outside the entrance in the open area.
B. O.
The staff in the special assistance, are just so wonderful, kind & funny.
Nothing is any trouble for them.
They deserve recognition for the wonderful job they do.
A. B.
Very busy especially the ladies toilets . Needs more seating ares though
Z. R.
Facilities were clean, there were staff members available for assistance. Good selection of shops for food and coffee and gift shops.
P. H.
Previously a noisy monstrosity full of angry travellers, Euston station is now a bright and clean train station, still noisy admittedly, and with travellers looking less stressed than I remember. However, very few look where they are going, so that's a risk you still have to deal with. HS2 work was going on during my last visit, so it's hard to predict how that will change things in future.
A. K.
The first class train ( virgin trains)
From euston to piccadilly manchester.
Was very nice and pleasent experience.
Comfortable and the staff are so friendly.
There is snack and beverages included.
W. J.
Euston station is a Network Rail managed station. While the building is grim and uninviting the staff are wonderful. They have a heart for social responsibility.
Service from the station are operated by Virgin Trains, London Overground, London North Western and London underground.
There are plenty of places to eat at the station and some places to sit while you wait. Although most people stand on the concourse.
There is also a First Class Lounge for First Class Virgin Trains ticket holders only. If you have first class on other services there are no such facilities.
C. O.
Like many London stations, this place is huge. Lots of stores and shops for quick shopping or to grab bite before your ride. Very efficient service and walking distance to major buildings and schools so very handy for connecting with buses or taxi/uber. Staff are usually very helpful if you don't know where your exit is...
吳.
A huge station. It's has eighteen platforms at the train station. Caledonian Sleeper, London Midland, Overground, Virgin Trains. And also has a underground, Northern Line.
A lot of shops at the ground floor. We can spend time shopping if we have time.
Euston Station is always fill of people.
K.
This is the hub of national railways in London. It remains always busy as it is the single point from which people can travel by train out of London. The station has good connectivity with the underground train via Euston underground and euston circle stations. For Heathrow airport you will need to get the Heathrow express via Paddington station.
P. M.
Ongoing works are beginning to prepare this station for HS2. It’ll be a long wait. It’s not comfortable waiting for trains here. They have the annoying habit of leaving it until late to announce the platform and then the doors are often locked. Generally could be better. The shops have improved immeasurably since the days of Casey Jones and John Menzies. Unlike St Pancras I can’t see someone visiting for fun.
S. P.
One of the busiest stations, have the feel of an airport when you inside waiting for virgin trains, good selection of eateries for your tummy levels 😋😋😋 very spacious facility, Starbucks is coming soon at the premises, staff on site and helpful. Offers good service
M. U.
Clean and organised station; not as busy as before due to the ongoing pandemic. Lots of food outlets and shops.
S. D.
Very crowded station but sometimes charming people playing piano can make it very nice
L. K.
It has good amenities around, bathrooms, food services and a place to leave your bags. Sadly there aren't a lot of places to charge your phone and it was very stressful. I had to shorten my stay because I was basically lost without my phone. Thankfully the trains do have power sockets under the tables.
A. A.
The public waiting area requires more attention.
S. W.
There is a well supplied taxi rank situated at the front of the station where wheel chair access is available.
G. A.
Brilliant is the refit job done to this massive station since my last visit. The external surround of this station is aesthetically beautiful with provisions for sheltered bus stands, on-the-go drinks, open air lounges, bicycle racks and several other upgrades which make this station one of Europe's best connection centres for rail travel. Bravo London.
W. H.
The members of staff are supportive and they are all really polite. They delayed the train to find our missing children and were supportive all the way, waiting for them to be found. I really appreciate it and their great service.
T. L. S.
London Underground Victoria Line, Norther Line, London Overground to Watford Junction, National Rail Services. 2 minutes walk to Euston Square with services Hammersmith and City Line, Metropolitan Line, Circle Line, 10 minutes Walk to London Kings Cross St. Pancras. Other Facilities include: Toilets and baby changing, Shower service for Caledonian Sleeper Guests, Cash and Bureau de change, Telephones, Waiting Room, Ticket booths and machines, Travel Information, Lost Property, Left Luggage, Trolleys, Photo booths, Wifi, Car Park (currently closed), Bicycle Parking, Disabled Access, Request assistance, Accessible toilets, Waiting room for disabled, Food, drink, shopping. Easy access to underground lines connecting with other parts of London.
S. I.
Very easy to navigate unlike Paddington and Kings Cross. Digital boards are easy to read, approaches to platforms usually clear before 9 am. Plenty of outlets for food and drinks. Very well aerated and good signage to other travel links, bus rail and tube. Level pavements. I nominate it as an Autistic friendly environment as long as you concentrate on weaving your way past larger groups to stand near the board you need to watch.
A. H.
Even though this station can get BUSY and I mean really busy, it nonetheless has exceptional transport links and fast and frequent train and bus services!
k. n.
One of the main terminus to leave london by rail. Not as huge as pancras but easy to navigate. Big announcement board in the middle for your attention. Plenty of food joints while you wait. But make sure you don’t miss your train 🤗🤗🤗
C. F.
Had to hang around for 3 hours waiting for my train... Not too many comfy seats.. Mostly cold steel ones.. A few eateries and coffee shops helped.. Not busy when I was there so got a breakfast in Leon, upstairs... Coffee and a bacon and egg roll.
P. D.
Nice enough... Functional. Shame about the new mezzanine level recently added to the grand hall.... It should have been left to its historical sixties design and architecture.... Brutal.
A. H.
Euston is in need of an upgrade. While I am not a Londoner, when I visited this mainline station recently, I noticed how badly outdated the building is. Despite this, it serves its purpose. HS2 work continue to happen here and hopefully it will bring about the upgrade the station needs.
S. D. W.
Great big station
Lots of shops, restaurants
Free toilets
Free Wifi available at the station
Clean station
Staff are friendly and very helpful
Trains going to Blackpool Manchester Birmingham are departing from there
Straight from Waterloo Station
1 stop away from King cross Station
T. T. R. L.
Euston Station has been quiet lately. Euston station used to be a busy station but due to COVID-19, the station has been more quiet.
Masks and hand sanitizers are provided for people who wish to travel using the trains.
W. R.
Decent station- pretty big and usually very crowded so it’s hard to find space to sit down whilst waiting for the train to come but people tend to sit on the floor anyway.
Staff are supportive too.
A lot of different shops to chose from too.
Variety of choices for food.
s. s.
Nice clean big station where you can board train for Manchester, Buckingham, Milton Keynes, Watford , Hemel Hampstead etc. Lots of eateries outside of station , inside station there are many caffe and bakery shops
K. R.
It's a commodious station and nice traffic.
A. A.
Busy, not many seats! Bring your own chair ;) lol
C. C.
very busy station, i take the national rail from London Euston to Manchester Piccadily station on 9th Augest.
D. k. t.
Connecting underground station to national train service.
N. C.
Euston is a huge station but with huge train information boards it is very easy to navigate. Also there are lots of information points if you want any further help.
A. O.
London Euston Rail station, very easy to navigate. Staff are approachable and ready to help if you need direction
M. M.
Nice station to visit always busy but kept tidy
A. F.
Greatly peaceful but busy busy brilliant place of all the diverse people, families and children who are all happily co-existing , going about their individual activities enjoying shopping and journeying.
Very accessible by all means of travelling.
Greatly popular place on Earth.😊🌺🌻💐🌷🌍🌎
B. M.
Euston station is a great place to travel to and from London just love Euston area
B.
The station is very nice, however I ran into some problems with the train times on google maps. It said on google maps that the train I needed to get on was at platform 8 when it, in fact was at platform 11. Caused much anxiety for me as I was first time at this station.
I. C.
Great variety of shops while you're waiting for your train
R. G.
This station has changed for the better in the last 5 years. I have been using it for over 30 years. In the past, there was no seating available while you waited for your train, which has now been rectified. Lots of other improvements all over the station, platforms and shops.
G. B.
I just wanted to especially thank Ahmed on Monday 31st May 2021 this kind gentleman went above and beyond to help with train Information and then also escorted me and my family to our train. He made our journey less stressful and even happier with the service.
R. N.
Very friendly station easy to find station thanks to this big train board.
F. m.
A busy train station lots of on the go fast food could do with a meet and greet service in the station who is well marked out
D. S. S. P.
Has many stores next to it. Big displays for train times. Trains seem to keep getting delayed. Tram and bus station right next to it.
W. O.
London Euston station has both an underground and a main line railway that takes you to places outside London. I took it to Birmingham for a day trip. It does get a bit crowded so you might want to arrive early so you do not miss your train.
It also has a number of places where you can eat, a boots pharmacy, WH Smith . It’s a nice place to catch up with friends if you like to watch the hustle and bustle of London commuters.
D. R.
Great bustling station. The signs and the layout are quite intuitive
A. N.
Staff are friendly and helpful
One TfL guy advised me what platform for the Victoria line
D. F.
Excellent service by the Network Rail Passenger Assistant team help me and my mum on two occasions on the 26th August and the 5th of September. Took me and my mum from station concourse to the train and vice a versa. Polite staff and courteous. Thank you to all involved.
a. a.
Nice .
Large, with many visitors all the time.
L. B.
First class assistance from staff at both ends of our journey. Birmingham International and London Euston. Many thanks to the mobility buggy guys who helped with our luggage /walker and got us into a taxi. Return journey was excellent too. Would not hesitate to travel this way again
P. H.
When an extremely busy station has a piano for people to play no matter the time and how crazy busy it is...
o.
Bus stop is very big and confusing. Luckily there is a help desk
A. K.
Choice of desi food from restaurant's on Drummond street near Euston station.
K. M.
I would dearly like to say a big thank you to the underground worker called Mams; on Saturday my friend and I were strongly with our luggage ( my friend has shoulder problems ) he carried her suitcase to the connecting train. In fact, all the workers are cheerful under trying conditions ( hours without fresh air and natural light )
w.
We got here a little early...
We were around 30 minutes early for our interchange so we thought about just picking some refreshments up and relax.
There are many things on shops here, from your Costa Coffee, WHSmith, Sainsbury's Local to Burger King and Itsu. You also have your toilets with baby changing sections.
All in all, we were happy with our visit.
M. A. R. K.
Huge station, kept very clean with plenty of hand sanitizers, mobility assistance and some shops open during covid. The staff has taken all the essential precautions to make your smoother and safer. Usually buzzing but national rail part is more or less deserted. Loads of seating and plenty of helpful staff on hand which is of great comfort. You probably can take train to any big station all around England from here.
R.
This station is huge. There are a lof people here commuting inside and accross London.
.
Off to Birmingham
A. S.
Strange feeling to see Euston so quiet at around 8am 12 Jun 2020. All due to the effects of COVID 19. No need to Hustle.
D. H.
For a large train station everything was very simple, from getting an over ground to the underground I knew where to go based on the helpful information displayed at the station.
P. O.
Great Redevelopment😃
So much better than it was before. As an ex- Londoner the redevelopment of Euston station was overdue and welcome. It now has the facilities to be a gateway to London by train.
R. N.
It's ok for a mainline station. Quality of the visit mainly depends on whether the trains are on time or not.
O. L.
A few new shops opened since I was there last time (pre-Covid). And it is nice to see a water refill station outside the toilet (far right). I was wondering around the station looking for this refill station and two of the station staffs kindly asked me if they can help.
D. L.
I mean, it's a train station and a busy one at that at times, the most annoying part is being made to wait to until 10 mins before the train arrives to be allowed to the platforms, it makes the made area a bit of a madhouse.
Food is fairly over priced but at least you can get a cheap meal with a glass of wine at the pub if you are waiting a while
A. D.
I use this station almost every day as every place I want to go seems to connect through here.
Can be very busy at certain points in the day but generally well organised and easy to get to platforms.
If I was to give any feedback it would be to do with releasing platforms a little earlier.
P. S.
Don’t use the Station very often, but easy 5 ⭐️ , cause everything is well organised and signposted.
A. T.
Well organized station, sometimes a bit crowded inside in the main hall.
V. M.
Very busy
C. T.
Coolest and busiest train station in the UK.
K. K.
Christmas tree in front euston departures
g. b.
ok, doesn't have a Starbucks. a place of horrible memories
d. g.
Today is the Friday morning at 10:39 am we are traveling from London to Glasgow on 7th Sept.2018 to attend EUSEM 8 ...CONFIDENCE
R. T.
Just after midnight midweek and everything's closed. You can't even get a coffee.
O. *.
Busy station, but easy to get in and out. Very helpful staff, easy to get information about trains and timetables.
S. D.
Nice big station. Clean and well maintained. You will find many shops and restaurants
D. T.
Concourse OK, but the larger station needs a serious update.
E. N.
I went there to get a reservation for my tickets to travel tomorrow. A really nice and helpful guy served me and I got my reservations. No queue. Excellent
J. A.
Great station. Lots of eateries. Clear board for departures. Lots of work going on but hopefully this will make it better
A.
Little bit dirty but the station is efficient. Construction makes it a little hard to get around otherwise fine.
W. V. d. S.
Organized and easy to find tickets available to Manchester! 😍
K. S.
90mile trip took only 60mins, on the return they had cancelled and then uncanceled it.
Has a decent variety of stores to buy essentials.
M. T.
It’s not Kings Cross, but gets me to and fro daily. Station could definitely use a massive refurb, but not awful. Helpful and friendly staff.
A. E.
Very neat environment, tight security, very helpful and friendly staff. Reliable and very busy as usual. You can get ticket here or exchange. Right outside you will find a cafe and nando's and other accessible shops. Walking distance to the nearest London bus stop, has good wheelchair access. Overall I like using this station.
P. W.
Quick and easy to locate the correct platform. Great access to the subway station by leaving Euston and going straight into the underground.
t.
Great station for travelling to many destinations with a great array of shops and areas to prepare for your journey. Lots of restaurants and cafes to eat at before getting an evening train, and very easy ticket pick up options. Definitely recommend getting to your platform before the train is due to depart if it’s a long journey to get a good seat.
G. C.
always busy, a little distance from the euston tube stop, but the walk is well signposted, staff have always been friendly
M. H.
Thank you to the lovely man at the ticket collection at the station. I stupidly dropped my phone charger while collecting my ticket to Glasgow and he came after me and found me outside the station. He had been very helpful with some queries I had and went beyond helpful to catch up with me to return my charger. Much appreciated.
M. C.
Extremely crowded. All trains back to Liverpool cancelled due to weather. Announcements next to impossible to hear.

Great to travel again, unfortunately to many late night cancellations 3 trains cancelled around midnight leaving lots of us having to wait hours to get home.... poor information on the boards all a bit last minute rush rush
E. P.
I like the Station, bit clostrophobic but I manage it.
H. O.
Great transport links. Access to both overground and underground services for travel within London. Also direct trains to most UK cities.
c.
If you wanna grab something to eat, consider trying the pasty place!
R. “. 1. G.
Overall good clean and tidy with a good chose of food
R. M.
Very busy station. Good location for central London🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
G. H.
Not to be confused with Euston Square underground station as some travelers do, although it is only a 5 minute walk away. Currently undergoing major expansion and reconfiguration so can resemble a building site in some areas, however, still plenty of space and decent way-finding signage. A large choice of eateries so plenty of opportunity to have a decent meal or snack if you arrive early, or for grabbing a quick bite if you’re in a rush. Plenty of buses routes immediately outside, and a large taxi rank gives you plenty of choices for your onward journey.
B.
Always seems to be mad busy. Lots of eating places if you like fast food. Has balcony area now as part of an upgrade which actually offers seating waiting areas.
N. P.
One of London's biggest stations lots of outlets for food drinks etc there are help points for people with questions about travelling etc and there are station announcements
A. S.
Avanti staff jay G and Pat , outstanding staff at ticket office , went out their way to help us after we missed a train to glasgow , Nicest staff iv ever came across in any station 🤙👌
A. B.
Once again I would like to thank the assistant help department for the help the gave myself and husband I was having trouble walking and a lovely young man came to our aid sorry I didn't get his name. I was travelling to rugby many thanks
a. n.
Train and tube station with loads of traffic all the time. I’ve been here multiple times and every single time there’s a hoard of people going everywhere. I think the directions could be better, shops a bit cheaper and the time tables updated more frequently/ screens expanded.
W. H.
Staff very helpful getting me on and off the train and off the platform.
J. L.
Can get busy but the station has a nice overhead seating area and is overall a nice place to travel both to and from. My only complaint is that the queue for the "fast ticket" machines is sometimes very long
E. E.
Easy access , no issues ,staff friendly and helpful
A. B.

Some construction and many crowded station.
O. L.
A few new shops opened since I was there last time (pre-Covid). And it is nice to see a water refill station outside the toilet (far right). I was wondering around the station looking for this refill station and two of the station staffs kindly asked me if they can help.
D. P.
Got off a train at this station and the station did everything you needed. It could be prettier, which is pretty relatable, but I won't knock stars off for that!
A. W.
It needs redevelopment
G. C.
always busy, a little distance from the euston tube stop, but the walk is well signposted, staff have always been friendly
B. K.
Looked really cool and bubbly!
M. A. R. K.
Huge station, kept very clean with plenty of hand sanitizers, mobility assistance and some shops open during covid. The staff has taken all the essential precautions to make your smoother and safer. Usually buzzing but national rail part is …
H. W. H.
Nice station.
T. C.
Spacious but not a lot of food outlets. Arrive early this station is busy. Easy to navigate once you're familiar
A. M.
Most people hate this station and I can't blame them, because architecturally it is pretty blunt. However, since it is in my regular commute, I have developed a love-hate relationship with it, to the degree I now find it pleasant (yes, I know, alarming). The little plaza in front of it is not half bad and it has an abundant choice of food. A tip I will (reluctantly :-P) share is that there are two ticket machines next to platforms 8-11 (for commuter trains) most people don't know about and form a big queue on the (single) machine in the ticket area. Don't make me regret sharing this people! :-)
J. C.
Gross to look at but convenient enough. For such a major station it is easy to miss as it’s tucked away behind a parade of other buildings. There are loads of options to eat, drink and grab coffee. The staff are very well-informed: on my most recent visit I had the most obscure travel advice question and the gentleman at the information desk was able to answer it after just two seconds of thought. So to conclude in four easy words: building bad, staff good.
A. L.
Busy but easy to get to lots of places in London and beyond.
S. S.
Excellent customer service from Deborah at Avanti West Coast service desk. She took the time to find the right trains for me. Thank you Deborah
A. L.
Large and central station with trains to lots of places. The building dates from the 70's and is somewhat dated, but it is functional and fairly clean nonetheless. There is also a wide range of shops.
A. J.
An important London station that connects various lines.
Has lots of restaurants and other places to spend time if you are waiting for your train.
The body Shop and Boots can help girls to pass some time shopping. (I do this being an everyday traveller to work from this station).
Just outside the station is Nandoos- for chicken lovers.
Also, Rogue Cafe.
Free wifi, clean toilets.
Also, I would like to mention an incident that happened recently with me. I happened to lose my gold ring and realized on reaching Euston station.
I took help of the staff there to guide me on what can be done.
The staff was quite helpful and helped me got to the Lost and found desk. I put in a complaint there.
(i found my ring next day in the office though :) )
J. M.
Central train station. With many connections. Shops, food outlets, etc.... Not a very long walk to Euston Sq. If have time it not to far walk to Oxford Street, Tothamcourt Rd/Station.
S. H.
A very clean station with a wide variety of food and drink places. Staff are friendly and the station always feels relatively safe. Only downside is having to pay for the toilets which is understandable when you think that it keeps them clean.
d. u.
Very organized
N. G.
A 70’s station undergoing significant upgrades but still feels like it’s somewhere to pass through as quickly as possible.
In one sense it’s refreshing simple with a main hall surrounded by small places to get food to go, mezzanine with a few restaurants and just a straight line of platforms.
But from the other perceptive there is pretty much nothing in the middle and you just stand and wait, often til less than 5 minutes before departure and there’s a mad rush.
The food offerings are the usual and not really anything interesting. There is a Sainsbury’s local just outside which is often a better bet. Hopefully the new food court will elevate it a little.
The only place which is a bit more relaxing, if in need of an upgrade too, is the Virgin First Class lounge which gets you out of the hall and into an altogether more pleasant atmosphere.
You’ll almost certainly have to visit it going north to Manchester and beyond, and it works well in that regard, it’s just not a destination to relax in. A few more seats like Victoria would go a long way.
R. M.
Alright station, trains can be a walk from the main concourse but very useful for Scotland, Manchester, North Wales and the rest of the west midlands. The station is a little drab, but still has plenty of food outlets, shops, a waiting room and a first class lounge. You can also go to the far north of Scotland with Caledonian Sleeper
G. W.
As much of a station as any station is. Has a good amount of shops and food places compared to others however. Lots of building work going on.
M. P.
Not the nicest to look at, but a good selection of food inside and also just outside the station. Good bar just passed the outside food court that is good for summer nights but not so great in the daytime due to the traffic and pollution from the close proximity of the A40
M. H.
Bit of a relic of a station, Euston was designed to resemble an airport waiting room (because the worry at the time was that flying would make train travel obsolete) - but who looks forward to the waiting room of an airport? Some good facilities, though - Boots, pastie shop, a Leon up on the mez deck, which affords a rather nice view of the ant-like people scurrying around - but generally quite dark, dingy, filled with pigeons, crammed and not sure there's any toilet facilities.
P. A.
Love this place. There is a pret outside
M. C.
Good terminus of the west coast mainline. Only eaten here once as a kid over a decade ago, seems to be more places to eat now and shops which are competitively priced but serve the purpose of getting a drink or sweets. Staff nice but at the end if the day it is a train station, but a nice one, good links to overground/underground too!
I. S.
Great train station. Lot of cafes and restaurants. Free wifi.
R. T.
Crowded trains with too few coaches!
Both Virgin and North West Trains have taken a policy decision to increase profits by reducing investment in rolling stock. Result: it's not a pleasant experience to travel from here. It's becoming so bad that there is an announcement on the train threatening you with summary execution if you sit in the vast (Virgin trains) empty First Class carriages. But we have no viable alternative so prepare to suffer.
I. R.
As a family we are not frequent visitors to the capital but usually use Euston station. Clean and tidy to the look with a relaxed atmosphere, the info board clear and easily understood with live updates.
Always feel safe in the building and staff willing to help considering the amount that go through the station.
J. H. (. H.
The station has very good connections. With avanti West Coast towards Glasgow Manchester and Liverpool and LNWR towards brimingham and Milton Keynes. However the station is poorly designed with train platforms being announced only 5 mins before departure and the concourse can get congested badly during peak times. I would give yourself plenty of times in order to get to your train.
J. L.
It's under renovation near the exits. It's sometimes very crowded.
G. H.
Recent refurbishment has made this station a lot nicer. With a wide array of food insides and out, it's a much more modern station giving easy access across London and the country
S. K.
The Central Heart of London’s Railways.
Massive place – Departure time screens are big and easy to read. Announcements you can hear very clearly. Very easy access to the Underground. Lot’s of places to sit and plenty of food and drink areas too.
J. C.
Very big and very busy like all London train stations. Lots of food, drink and retail outlets help pass the time waiting for your connection.
M. M.
I mean, it’s a train station. I can’t really say much about it. The train was on time.
J. B.
Easy access, major bus stop outside, easy tube access, just a 20 minute brisk walk from New Oxford Street.
J. A.
Euston is a very good train station. Everything is well sign-posted and easy to find. The area is kept clean and tidy, even at the busiest times. A major, but expected, downside is the 50p charge for the toilets. My advice: use the toilets on the train!
N. T.
A great railway station for me as I live in the West Midlands and has a great selection of places to eat just outside the station at reasonable priced. I was there with my wife last Wednesday and we were evacuated from the station, it was done professionally, the escalator issue I guess depends on where you've travelled from, we were advised of it although the escalators were working for us from the Victoria line of the tube station....
J. B.
Possibly the most maligned station in Britain. Open concourse, logical layout with platforms in a straight line. Easy access and egress, departures board very visible. Maybe not an architectural masterpiece but a very user friendly station. The marble floor is lovely and the ceiling nicely done. An M&S Food and Sainsbury's Local available for refreshments.
A. K.
Excellent services , better for peoples comes from national rails to continue their journeys to inside London by underground tube or to other towns and cities
G. O.
Great place, full of amenities to pass the time during stop-overs. Easily accessible and only a short distance from all major attractions
M. M.
This station lacks seating and the seating it does have is uncomfortable. The shops are ok but over priced and most seem to be owned by the same company. Signage could be better. Toilets are expensive to use.
J. B.
As stations go this is ok. Plenty of catering options and stalls for food or coffee. The information is quite clearly displayed and there is onsite help. Obviously the train services have problems but there are worse places to endure cancellations.
i. b.
Great station. Just signs like wc is not visible when you jumping out from the train. Need more spaces for siting. But everything else is ok.
R. C.
Great service is the norm I have come to expect when at Euston. No matter the time I arrive at the station looking for a train home, within 15mins or less there is a train for me. Great route connectivity and reliable service 👏
S. L. E. C. (.
Great selection of shops and restaurants. Good Virgin First Class Lounge.
Would be better if they had ticket barriers though as the staff that check your tickets are way slower and hold you up.
S. R.
Very busy station there are a few places to eat inside and out , toilets are okish but with it being so busy is understandable that it will be hard keeping up with it all
D.
Huge station and very well organised with the timetabling of the trains.
Many varieties of store to choose from whilst waiting for your train. Easy to get to the city with the Underground station not too far away.
I dont get why we have to pay 30p to use the toilet thats it.
T. H. H.
Useful lofty terminus for good access to London with buses and taxi's available near by. Toilets clean with paid entrance fee. Free cash point machines nearby. Plenty of shops with food and drink outlets whilst waiting. Police regularly patrol.
A. S.
I only give a four-star rating as it’s very busy at all times. :)
j. h.
Lots of shops and good places to eat. I am able to find what I want easily and the shops are well stocked. This is a good station and I find the staff helpful.
F. K. (. M.
Traffic is horrendous but once there, despite the large numbers of commuters the place functions pretty well. Wish #mayorkhan would get the so called "traffic measures" sorted out. 5/5 for the station. 0/5 for getting there by car. As the ad used to say "let the train take the strain"......not for me thank you‼️😜
P. C.
Nice train station. Metro . Bus stop. All you need
N. A.
Euston station is very central and well connected within London and to other cities. I find it a bit of a maze and confusing at times. Additionally, it can be very busy especially at rush hours and this make the underground stuffy. I don't like the entrance to the underground, which an escalator descending to the gates level: it is narrow and you have to walk around to get to it i.e. It is not straightforward and easy access.
A. S.
Very Good place. I use to go in Birmingham from this train station.
R. L.
London Euston is one of the busiest stations in the city with trains servicing all parts of the country and the intersection of the Northern and Central Lines.
Lots of different food options for quick things like Cornwall Pasty Company and Burger King to a few sit downs just outside the station. There are convenience stores, burrito spots, and coffee shops so you can get all you need before heading on your train in any direction. Some good pub options just down the road for those looking to kill some time before their train.
D. P.
Got off a train at this station and the station did everything you needed. It could be prettier, which is pretty relatable, but I won't knock stars off for that!
J. D. (.
It’s a station and trains arrive and depart as expected, very efficient x
H. L.
Very well laid out train station which makes life a lot easier when you're dashing to avoid missing a train! Worth noting that it does close for a few hours each night (unlike some mainline stations) so if you have an overnight connection you'll need to find somewhere else to go!
E. V.
This is one of the busiest train stations in London. It is usually overcrowded expecially between 8am and 6pm (peak period). The escalators are down till next year, obviously this affects access to the Underground Service. There are lots of cafes around including Nandos Restaurant opposite the station entrance. If u need to buy oyster card or top up your oyster card, because there are limited number of machines on the main concourse (i think only about 2) but there are more by the Virgin trains helpdesk and at the Underground ticket machines. Be aware there are usually lots of people trying to use the underground ones, resulting in massive queues.
S. G. M.
London Euston is one of London's 'big' mainline stations, there is currently development work to improve both its services and appearances. It is in easy walking distance of both St Pancras and Kings Cross, but Euston is also well served by taxis and buses as well as the tube. A number of bars and restaurants, many of which are on the first floor gallery.
S. S.
Lots of fast food and shops around if you find yourself with time to kill if delayed. Being refurbished at the moment so scaffolding/fencing up in some areas at the moment. And not many seats available if you are waiting a while.
S. G.
London Euston train station is a railway hub serving towns and northern intercity routes as far north as Edinburgh and Glasgow. Euston interfaces to local commuter services and London Transport and is therefore a strategically important transportation centre. The station benefits from concessions, restaurants/bars, and Virgins First Class lounge. The station is undergoing continued modernisation.
C. P.
Weldone. Great
B. M.
Station is clean but you have to pay to use the toilets. Limited parking as london and good shops. Virgin First class lounge is nice enough.
d.
Busy station and well organised station. Not necessary you need to make enquiries to anyone inclusive of information centre.
Well informed personals handling and give us the maximum comfort for travel. Even though we were 7 of us we never found a single difficult occasion over the station
N. G.
New refurbished toilets but the turnstiles take your money and don't let you in and staff are unhelpful. Toilets doors don't lock. Typically national rail.!!! Perhaps I should rate it at 2 stars.
R. J.
Wonderful Euston please come down and visit
A. F.
Changing all the time Keep an eye on where you been to be there is going to be a lot more to come
F. S.
Helpful staff on information desks. Toilets, water dispensers, places to eat and a half decent book shop. Busy but to be expected, great place to people watch.
R. G.
An extremely busy and crowded station managed well by the people working over there. Can improve on the announcements which are rarely heard in the hustle and bustle of the place.
H. N.
Euston Mainline Station is a major transport hub in central London. A very busy interchange. Part of the station is being integrated into the new HS2 terminal from Euston to Birmingham. On Fridays and Saturdays there are 24H Victoria and Northern tubelines through Euston. The buses and taxis are good in Euston. The concourse provides a good selection of restaurants and cafes. Thank you.
o. r.
I get a train from here nearly everyday. It's an OK little station, could do with more seats for when trains are delayed.
Make sure to visit the bree louise pub around the corner and take out real ale for your inward journey
S. C.
Euston Station...clean and easy to navigate. Madly busy as you'd expect, not much seating to wait
H. R.
Very friendly service made our trip to London much more enjoyable.
M. A.
A bit crowded. Access into station is not that huge. A selection of eating places nearby. Many shops still closed around. Some of the ticket machines do not work
H. M.
It was my first time to go there, It was crowded and I felt lost. However, the security people there were very friendly and give advice immediately and helpful. I liked their attitudes
J. C.
Simple and straight forward train station, considering the masses of people that it services. Even at busy times, you can stroll in , get to 1 of the many self service ticket machines, find your train on the departure boards and take a short walk to your platform.... From entrance to train quicker than in my little home town's train station, Stafford. Obviously food is a rip off, but that's ok because there's a Sainsbury's just outside. Also a nandos , a stone's throw from the entrance.
B. B.
Always very busy at the times I have used this station to travel. Lots of choice in the food establishments. Other types of retail outlets for travelling requirements. Good generally.
R. B. (.
I've been using Euston as my primary station for at least two years now. I lived in Hertfordshire and there were regular trains (every 15 minutes or so, even late at night) to Hemel Hempstead and Watford. It's quite small and can become very busy at peak times, but that's to be expected in London.
The major flaw is the way in which they announce the platform your train is stationed at only a few minutes before it departs, meaning large numbers of people commune in the central reservation waiting to find out where they need to run to. There is then a horrible stampede-like rush to get to your train as you battle through all the tired commuters to grab a precious seat.
Otherwise, the facilities are kept clean and there is always help on hand if you are unsure about where to find anything in the station. Probably not the choice for the more upmarket train traveller, but certainly a reliable station for trains that will get you from A to B.
D. B.
Open plan railway station with plenty of amenities (bars, shops, eateries), eveythings laid out with clear signage and there's an outdoor courtyard area outside the main entrance with tables and chairs as well.
a. m.
It's a very busy station.. overall it's good altho they are regularly capable of not announcing a train at a platform till 1min from it's departure causing a stampede to the platform
B. G.
Just all you require from the station and easy ppl that are there to help the public
S. A.
There is a lot off shops outside the station, 3 minutes walking with a lot off food offers and very reasonably prices while the shops inside the station is unfair at all.
Be care and do it in smart way.
L. B.
Euston is need of a face lift which thankfully it is under going. It's great for access to central London and it serves mainline trains as well as the underground. There is a good variety of shops and pelnty of choice for food

Managed to get on the wrong train 😅
E. K.
Easy to existing and main transportation station.
People over there were really helpful to unknown passengers and they guide well!
I. C.
There are worse stations, but I commute through it every week day, and with the delays, I have grown to loath it. There are a lot of kiosk eateries, but they're all pretty horrible. To be honest, a sandwich from M&S is probably your best bet.
K. S.
Huge station. Very busy busy.
I. M.
Well, it is just train station. The nice part of city, anyway
N. P.
Does well considering the number of people and trains passing through. Wide food selection and a couple of other shops too. Toilets cost 20p to visit be warned.
V. W.
Decent mainline station all in one place platforms in a straight line information boards in one place. Not too many shops
B. N.
The station is clean, always very busy, there is plenty of food and shopping to be done of you are waiting a while for a train. If you need the loo there is a 30p charge down the one end and if you don't have change there is a change machine right outside that also gives change from notes. The food is London prices .
s. g.
Not so packed easy today
J. P.
Extremely busy station with a large open area and central departures board. Range of shops and fast food all around, chargeable toilet facilities and easy access to the tube below
M. M.
It’s a nice station with easy to follow instructions. The place is clean but there are occasional pigeons that fly through.
R. W.
Easy to navigate around with friendly and efficient staff catering for any of your questions.
C. M.
Very Busy lots of people must be well managed as flow of trains continually moving on the departure and arrival board. Lots of food outlets
K. W.
Always crowded, not really a great deal of space in main area. Platforms and ticketing can be a bit of a pain. There is plenty of restaurants and café's around and a nice bar.
G. M.
While the station is well sign posted, for such a busy train station it is very disappointing, it needs a massive facelift, can do with being cleaner, better routes in and out and going to the concourse, just look at how nice kings cross station is compared to this.
C. P.
Usually a pleasant experience however, having returned from London Gatwick from holiday, we found that one of us had lost a coupon ticket for a two part ticket. While one of the ticket checking staff was reasonable in trying to help us, his colleague whom he referred us to, was simply put; horrible, mean, obnoxious and unhelpful. By all means a terrible member of staff and I wouldn’t wish it upon anybody to have to deal with him. He gave us the price to Birmingham New Street and when we asked for the price for our destination (not as far) he scoffed and laughed in a mocking manner when it was only a few pounds cheaper. Luckily we found the ticket shortly after and did not have to suffer with dealing with such a rude, unhelpful and condescending old man.
Good luck and safe travels. I hope your experience is as smooth and good as we usually have. Hold on tight to the millions of tickets they give you! :D
A. M.
It is a hub for arrivals of trains into London. Be prepared to walk a long way in the station as most trains are long and platforms are at the end of station. Excellent transport to reach anywhere. Ample info at info center as well as trains to whole of UK go from here. Platforms are neatly numbered, only thing needed is train coaches stopping points be advertised on the platform as it is done in EU and many other places.
R. S.
It's a railway station. You go there to catch a train. What the hell else is there to say.
N. S.
Well maintained station and easy to navigate. The screens with the track numbers are easy to follow and sorted by departing time. Took the virgin trains from here and it was a breeze.
The only downside is that there is barely any seating. If you get here much earlier or your train is delayed I can see this was be pretty frustrating.
s. f.
Great station!!!!! Loads of places to eat I went to get a pasta salad before I got on the virgin train back to Manchester it needs one improvement it is not comfortable to wait it is just a long and big room and no seats
B. F.
Always busy but at least there is good information even when things go wrong and the new bar and food place on the mezzanine is a bit pricey but s welcome addition Look forward to seeing the station once it's been refurbished
A. J.
Busy, but one of the best stations to use in the Capitol. Staff great information boards very clear and updated constantly.
C. R.
Great for catching trains it's one of the only places to get train in the local area
M. P.
Plenty of restaurants and bars in and around the station. Good connections with underground. Fast trains to Birmingham, NW and Glasgow
D. T.
Shown as not wheelchair accessible on most maps but there are platform humps on the Victoria Line Northbound and the Northern Line Northbound so you can change lines here.
I. K.
Great multi business Station
C. C.
Friendly helpful staff and easy to navigate your way around
j. a.
I like it. Not as good as other London terminals but train services are amazing out of Euston. And even tho it is a horrendous building, it's grown on me! One of the best 60's architecture. I love it saying Euston station above the departure boards. I'm disappointed I can't use it more as my London terminal is Marylebone or Paddington! :(
H. G.
Not busy at this time due to a certain virus, unfortunately most shops are closed, if you want to buy snacks or drinks for your long train journey better source them beforehand.
S. T.
Good facilities and plenty of choices of food. Virgin has also got a first class lounge for you to wait in comfort for your train.
A. I.
I was very impressed with the London Northwestern team they were very helpful. The station felt very safe, clean and welcoming
G. M.
Very busy station, people move so fast especially on escalators
G. G.
The place to be if you're going somewhere else then London by train
n. p.
Extremely busy, like being in dodgems. Food and drink variety is excellent though. Not very friendly but it is a train station not a pub!!
T. M.
Used the virgin trains waiting room. Was all you would expect. But no more
D. R.
Good clean station, love the flowers and big house.
A. M.
You have to wait till the boarding time to actually know which platform you are going to board from which is inconvenient.
And the fact that there is no enough chairs for everyone so you need to stand in the middle of the hall waiting for your train.
P. G.
Well maintained, plenty of helpfull staff about .
Limited places open inside.
f.
Massive station and with the new seating area on the upper floor it’s much better as we finally have somewhere to sit whilst waiting for the train.
E. J.
Considering this serves busy London over and under ground rail services the station is small and tired looking even as it undergoes a refurb.
Selection of eateries is the same as any other rail station.
M. O.
Great transport links, only 15 mins walk to Central London
S. L.
Plenty of places to eat at reasonable prices. Toilets could do with more cleaning attendance. Helpful staff.
S. B. H.
Very modern station and very specious as well.
F. A.
Good station, for various destinations all over UK
D. P.
One of the more dirtiest stations ive ever seen. They really need to sort their look out. Compared to Waterloo or Kings Cross/ St Pancras station this place seems like a dump stuck in the 80s
N. N.
Easy to find your train, lots of outdoor seating.

my wife and I travelled to euston on Friday 18th Nov from Carlisle arriving at 1715 approximately needing to move via the underground to Marble Arch, at the top of the escalator we were approached by an young lady employee who asked where we were travelling to and promptly took our large suitcase and carried it all the way to the platform from which we needed to start our underground journey this was a most generous action . I am 77 my wife is 70 although I am still reasonably fit the action was much appreciated and a credit to the young lady concerned

The Departures board has not changed (user interface) for nearly fifty years but the underlying technology has. Why not offer more interactive terminals to patrons?

A lot of options when it comes to food and drinks for decent prices. No need to worry about buying a sandwich if you are catching the train early morning.

Euston Station was quick and convenient. The whole process of checking in and getting to my seat in the train took a mere 5 to 10mins inclusive of train waiting time.

Very busy station there are a few places to eat inside and out , toilets are okish but with it being so busy is understandable that it will be hard keeping up with it all
M. M.
Not enough seating, stuffed as usual. Hopefully will be better when the modifications are complete.
J. C.
Very big and very busy like all London train stations. Lots of food, drink and retail outlets help pass the time waiting for your connection.
S. N. B.
Apart from being extremely busy the staff are very helpful and polite
S. C.
Fabulous station takes me on the West Coast Main line so easily.
R. C.
Big station, very populated. Not an amazing place to wait for your train unless you can go in the first class lounge.
I. L.
Use this station daily, very good connections, free wifi.
M. R.
Generaly clean, food and drink can be expensive though there is a wide variety on offer. Notice board for trains departure and arrivals is prominant though this can cause a rush when boarding is announced. So.e staff are helpful here.

It is a good station. So cos: a relative of mine got his mobile snitched out of his hand by a bike rider..also some one i know lost his cash..he might eaither lost it or got stolen his money pick pocket could be..also in special holidays trains get cancelled and very hard to find a seat
S. G.
Always crowded, as expected. But still easy enough to get around

Super service by avanti staff and super train

Nice train station and tube station. Good seating and helpful staff. Decent variety of places to eat nearby.

Not bad. Crazy and not very well organized. No seats and very cold...
At least you have shops and coffee places!
S. V.
Very very busy station as expected. Signage is fine so little confusion. Just best off avoiding during rush hours!
V. C.
Well layed out train station. Underground and over ground trains arrive here. A pleasant place to wait for trains with lots of shops and places to sit.
A. A.
The Euston Station that connects the London to the world by rail.
Y. A.
Good Station bet crowded
K. J.
Not many places to sit down, lots of shops closed due 2 covid.
A. D.
The London underground and stations like Euston are brutally quiet 🤫. Everything is ultra clean though

Great staff, clean station

Whilst waiting for trains isn't exactly the most pleasant here, I'm at least grateful that the staff are very polite, especially in the ticket office.
J. B.
Ugly train station but it is the only station Virgin go to so its that or a much longer journey. Annoyingly it isn't connected to the Circle or Metroplotin lines which makes getting to Liverpool street a pain with two connections which can be got from one stop across either way on the northern line
H. B.
Main line terminus. Easy access to underground. Lots of shopping.
F. c.
Road works all over..Nice place overall
E. E.
Easy access , no issues ,staff friendly and helpful
C. K.
Seems busy at all times including weekends. But staff are helpful and there is a free piano.
E. J.
friendly staff and nice station
A. C.
sat out side waiting for a train lovely station, I do wish the drop off was a bit closer to station and that there was a car park
V. A.
Very organised, clean and clear guidance everywhere

If you add the letter "H" to the start of the station name, It becomes Heuston Station. Which is in western parts of Dublin.
P. W.
It's a busy place
C.
Great selection of shops and restaurants but lacks seating options if you're waiting for a train and don't want to buy anything
J. D.
Great station, nothing to say anything bad about. Very helpful members of staff. Keep on doing what you're doing!

Packed with many places to eat it is a good station. You have to pay for toilets and there is not enough sitting places.

London’s most famous train station 🚉 its a central hub for travelling 🧳 anywhere in 🇬🇧 Uk.
D. S.
It is a main line train station in London - simples!
Not too big which is great but easy to keep a track on your train and not miles to walk once platform is announced.
Not much seating around but plenty of shops and restaurants for snacks, meals and drinks.
G.
Finally the only toilets are now free of charge. The coffee is stupidly over priced and often there's confusion with the touch in pads re.location which can create problems later in the journey. Be sure to touch in. It's easily missed if running late. They have a Leon cafe upstairs. Staff are helpful. Awesome
R. H.
London tube station is there soon as you come out. The the amount of people traveling through this station they do a great job with times and organisation.

Very big, secure, managed and well organised train station. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Café and food stall is there.
S. H.
Not the fanciest station in London but plenty of places to eat. Get there in time as there's a rush for seats when boarding is announced and they don't give you much time to board
E. C.
Stepped off the train and straight out into a great area of London pretty much with no faff. Not a great looking place from the inside but it's a train station so who cares
T. B.
Busy station and so organised.
P. B.
Departures and Arrivals managed very well from what I saw. Quite a number of outlets remain closed during this pandemic. Good Police Patrols. All areas clean. Plenty of anti bacterial on hand. Quite a bit of renovation work going on.
K. B.
No lift to take you to the restaurants upstairs. There is a severe lack of seating in general. Kept relatively clean considering how busy it is.

Some people visit all kinds of places in London , my favorite place is adventures that start at Euston Station . Oh and it is a stroll down the road to my favourite museum " Welcome"
