D. H.Take time to explain to customer that the service plans are only for two services! Call the clients to arrange a appointment to book in there vehicles, and ask at that point if they want a service plan ! Reduce down what VW take and offer and give the customers more for there money !
A. F.Really straight forward to get your car serviced here. The initial call to them to enquire about the availability was easy and actually more availability that other VW garages. The communication before taking my car in was smooth and easy. On the day the drip off was also straight forward and the people there are very polite and explain what happens.
The updates via text and email were great to understand what's happening with the car and the current status. Really easy to see any work that needs to be done via a video sent to you. Also it's then easy to approve any work. Pick up was also very easy.
I've had bad experiences with other VW garages and this one was a breeze, I'll absolutely be going back for the next service.
G.Very pleasent experience, the only downfall is how many times I have to repeat myself to four different people, or listen to the same thing, just to get my car serviced here. It comes across too bureaucratic, if agents briefed each other on what has been said then it would make the experience swifter.

The service was great once the work had been arranged and the driver who collected the car and returned it was exactly the kind of person you’d be happy to allow to drive your car, knowing it would be cared for.
