I have had ups and downs with this buisness, one particular time last year a driver pulled up and I had previously asked the lady booking the taxi if I could get money out from an ATM on the way - I was late for work. When the driver pulled up he demanded money upfront then refused to drive me. I obviously pulled him up on his shocking attitude and service, Called the lady back in front of him and embarrassed the hell out of him telling the TRUTH of the situation. The driver was probably just having an awful day but it was no excuse, So when I got out the vehicle I requested a complimentary journey because id been made later for work and the obvious other reasons, they did do that for me so really stood out to me as a good company to go with. whoever the lady is on the other end of the line she is a really good representative!

Booked a cab for 3am on Sunday 8th August to take me to Gatwick airport, took me to phone them back to remind tham they had a 3am booking, and got a cab out to me as soon as possible.

The office crew were very helpful and advisable when I called them, they booked my taxi and appreciated me calling in the early hours of the morning to double check that my taxi was still booked. The taxi driver was very pleasant taking us there and back. They also rang and texted me when they arrived and where to meet them at the terminal which made one less issues when I came back to England. I am satisfied with their services and I am happy to use them again. I also appreciate someone with a sense of humour and they defiantly provide a understandable taxi vibe.

I use this company more than a year they never let me down always on time, very friendly polite driver and controler, last time I told them i have a few extra suitcases they sent me a car with bigger boot. Many thanks from Mayday cars management and driver.

Never any problems, simply and reasonable prices to certain locations. Gets you where you want to go. Drivers are human so come with different personality. If you don't want to talk they won't, but are happy to have conversations with you.
