Second time we have used them to shift household stuff that is too big for the car and great service once again. On time, took good care of packing our furniture into the van, very polite staff. Couldn't have been more keen to help carry our things off at the other end even though it was 6pm and he had another 150 miles to go to get home. A neat feature worth mentioning is that you are notified when they are 30 minutes away from your pick up or drop off location and you can track the van on the map on your phone. It is accurate so I was stood on the side of the road 30 seconds before the van came into sight so I could guide them in. Will happily use again.

Will use them again for our next move. They are great for some muscle power and when don’t want to pay for full service like other companies. They come with a truck and minimum 2 men for two hours minimum. However if you can more men if needed. We used three for two hours for an intercity move. A good experience, very good call center customer service

The team were really helpful when making my booking.. No job seems too much trouble. The 2 guys who moved us were on time and very polite, they were very considerate of my belongings and took great care.

The actual move and the service provided by Aaron and Jay were excellent, we had a lot of stuff and a very long driving distance and they were very nice, very professional and very very efficient. So this is above 5 stars. Thank you Guys! However, the process of booking was far less ideal. We booked a van that was supposed to be ok for moving 1 bedroom flat, however, we had to upgraded it to a bigger one as it would have never fitted in the '1 bedroom' one (and we didn't even have any big items like a bed or a sofa, just a fridge, some cupboards and boxes). Also, noone ever mentioned that there is a weight limit which was far less than expected for the 'big van'. The other thing was not mentioning a mileage fee on the phone (which was 1 pound per mile and we had 415 miles so it was quite a significant thing). Finally the prices provided were without VAT, which wasn't mentioned on the phone either. So basically when we called the first time the initial quote was 600-700 pounds and we ended up paying 1550, which was far more than we were initially told. So in general we are very happy with the service but please be a bit more precise especially when giving the information on the phone.

Really helpful from our first enquiry to carrying out the job. Text that morning to say they were in the way which was very reassuring. The work was done quickly and efficiently and the men were very polite. Excellent value for money. We would definitely recommend them and will be using them again. Thank you for doing a great job for us.

Packers were in and packed up very quickly and efficiently. Nothing was broken, vans arrived on time to pack up and then smooth journey (5 hours) and efficient unpacking other end with no damage to anything. Overall great service and would definitely use again/ recommend.

The movers were very thorough, everything was moved very carefully and nothing got broken. However, this was overshadowed by the fact that they were incredibly slow. It took them 3.5 hours to dismantle a bed and put boxes containing the contents of a one bedroom flat onto the van. I was moving 5 miles, the moving van got to my flat at 1.30pm. My partner was moving 20 miles, his moving van (from a different company) got to his flat at 4pm. Despite this, our moving vans arrived at the house at the same time. Overall, they are good, but the speed at which they work makes them very expensive, so I would recommend going elsewhere. Edited to add: After posting this review elsewhere, I was contacted by National Moves, who offered me a discount to take down my review (which I refused). This may explain the numerous positive reviews that they have on Google.

The booking process was straight forward. On the day the removal team turned up early. They efficiently loaded everything then did an extra pick up in east London before getting everything to the south coast by early afternoon. I’m really impressed with the service and the guys were really pleasant and friendly.

Super friendly and beyond helpful. The team worked late into the night and really went the extra mile, quickly packing, dismantling and reassembling furniture, hanging shelves and t.v's, placing everything in the relevant room and even removing all waste left behind in the new place. I was most worried about transporting my delicate possessions but they were handled very carefully at every stage. Truly top quality service.

Used “National Moves” over the weekend and the two guys that came to assist with the move were really polite, they arrived at the set time with no problem and were really clean and tidy. As I was moving a big rigid sofa and a Chester draw, navigating the sofa through the hall way was tricky to say the least but the guys at National Moves were able to figure out a solution without scratching the walls or breaking anything. Ok so moving from a 1 bed flat should cost what, £90? I only had a van load worth of stuff, a wardrobe that had to be dismantled and a bed, but coe on guys, £142? Is this reasonable? I got a quoted £90 elsewhere but didn’t go with the other company because the bad reviews. Anyway... the guys were good im not knocking them but im a bit mixed about it overall

The time slot for the van to turn up was between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m., they arrived 16 minutes past 11 a.m. and this is why I have scored 4 stars. Other than that the service was very good and great value. I would recommend this service.
