I have used network cars for the past couple of years. I can assure you it's one of the best cab offices in North London, hands down.. Sometimes I wonder if people deliberately make up these bad reviews, because this company is noted for its professional service. If there is a hitch with your booking they will always call you to update you. Unlike some dodgy cab companies. People should give credit wherencredit is due. Top Service, Top people

After a few years of using there services I thought it was only right to finally leave a review . I have never been let down by them and there communication about everything has always been on point . Staff very friendly and funny which is nice as you start feel important to them . Drivers I have had have always been polite and helpful . Thank you for all you guys help and I am greatfull you are just down the road so it's very easy for me to always pick you as first choice of travel . I don't understand how anyone can say the controller's was rude as I have never experienced that and neither has my friends and family .

Despite I've always booked a cab from this company and never had problems,no with operators and nevertheless with the professional and kind drivers; today Saturday 22 July at 10am there was a rude female operator that sounded herself frustrated saying my address doesn't come up in the system so she scouted me and at the end she hang up. How can someone like her deal with customers and ruin a good company's reputation?????

Don't understand the bad reviews, if you consider the woman on the phone rude you obviously haven't ordered a cab in London before. Cab arrived within the promised time frame and the driver called me to let me know he was outside. The fare was reasonable (cheaper than uber).

I use Network all the time, for airport runs for work and for hospital visits (wife is currently pregnant). Always on time, always a good price, drivers always polite and professional. You can book online and pay by credit card which is also really handy for work trips. Definitely recommended.

Today was the 1st time using Network. Had been trying for over 2 hours to get a cab but none were able to pick us up cos of road closure... NETWORK managed to pick us up, obviously they had a driver who was able to navigate around the detours which others were not able to do based upon todays experience we will defo use them again.

Reliable service have been using for past 20 years. The drivers always help me take my bags to my door as i have arthritis in my legs. The controllers are always helpful and friendly and have time to chat. I recommend this comany.

Great taxi company, nice customer service - pleasant ride and reasonable fares. A must use if ever you need to get from A to B and dodge London transport.

Consistently good service, reliable. Clean cars and pleasant staff. Never a problem in the years that I have used them. A+++

Use to be my favourite cab service but.. Quite recently they never have cabs available- always 45mins wait . Really disappointed.

Always reliabe. They arrive when they say they wi, and their fares are the best in the area. Seen other review - rude? - never to me. Use regularly and will keep doing so.
