I used to travel with lot of doubts the day before I took a flight. I stay 25 miles from the Gatwick airport. Usual waiting time for me was more than 35 minutes. I switched to NW cars and I must say that they have been far superior in terms of punctuality and the quality drive they offer. All I have to do is call the customer desk and book my car. The car arrives in 10 minutes. I have since booked the cabs for all my outings. I enjoy the drive so much that I refuse to test my driving skills in West Sussex, especially on weekends when it becomes way too crowded. Never stuck in the traffic, the drivers know each and every corner of the city like the back of their hand. I don’t think any other cab service provider does so much research on customer satisfaction as NW Cars does.

Driver was friendly but the prices are extortionate, more expensive than kapen and uber...... Doubt I'll be using then again based on the prices. Nearly triple the price for a short journey from cricklewood to colindale.... smh Maybe you need to check other cab firms prices before you loose anymore local customers.
