h. d.Great overall service. After multiple letdowns from Uber (accepted and cancelled my trip continuously for 25 minutes!) I phoned One2One. It was very easy and quick to book a cab and the driver arrived promptly. I was able to track his movement and I was fully informed of the drivers details. Cab was clean and the driver was professional throughout. Their fee was also very competitive. Highly recommended service. Will be using again.
M. ..The hotel is really clean beds are comfortable.
The staff are very friendly and helpful and speak good English.
The location is excellent everything is walking distance.
The only thing that I would like this hotel to have is a car park. But other then that is perfect for my family

a. a.Really impressed with the service of One 2 One cars. I booked a car with them for 6 persons pick-up from Holiday Inn London Regents park. The big thing is that I got a quick booking on the phone, I just received a text message booking confirmation on mobile, which i can easily track driver after fare discussion and within 5-8 minutes I got a taxi. If they were fail to pick me up within 10 minutes then may be I missed my meeting. Appreciated work.

A. T.I booked a car to be picked up at 4.30am to go to Gatwick Airport. The driver arrived in advance, informed me of his arrival with a phone call and then waited for us to come downstairs. He took care of our luggages and the car was clean. The price was competitive (I was charged exactly what I was told I would have been charged) and the driver also gave me a receipt once arrived at destination. On a negative side, I have to say that we felt that the driver drove way too fast. It is true that there was basically no other car in the streets, but still... It seemed like he was in a rush and had to drop us off as soon as possible! A part from that I have to say that the service was perfect.

I was going to liverpool street station and driver got stuck in the traffic for almost 30 minutes , but i was charged fixed fare was quoted over the phone. amazing will use them again.

He was professional and spoke good English and was familiar with the area I was going to and the area I was being picked up from. This company sends you a text message when the cab leave a their premises and again when the cab arrives . Ahmed , the driver was professional , nice and spoke when spoken to. Central London is a bit intimidating late at night but I felt very safe and comfortable that evening and I will use this company again. I hope it doesn't change because all the other cab companies I have used in the past were not professional. Highly recommended .

u. r.I took a ride from Marylebone Station to Dulwich Station. Not only the driver was on time but he was extremely pleasant throughout the journey. Offered me bottle of water on the way and charger to charge my phone. We got stuck in traffic badly, but surprisingly they did not charge me extra for waiting time at all unlike others. The best company I have came across recently. Will use them again soon...
