I can only recommend this company. The driver was very friendly and professionnal. Beautiful car and super clean . After a month taking this taxi I could not find my receipt for an expense report. They manage to help me very efficiently, find my course and generate a receipt the morning I contact them. Outstanding customer service. Thanks!

Was stuck in London after planning a train trip to Southend Airport, and learned last minute that there was a disruption to the service. Called the Orange Cars company who put my mind at rest immediately and without hassle. They were at our hotel in minutes and drove us down to Southend Airport within the hour. Both the person answering the call as well as the driver assigned to us were extremely courteous, calling me twice and sending me an immediate email as confirmation of the service and the agreed rate.That is what I call good service. Well done, I will recommend you to my friends and colleagues.

Great service

Had exceptional customer service today, dropped us off at 419 wick lane from bus stop k in pembury road. called us after ordering taxi to say he would be 10 minutes and arrived with the biggest smile on his face wearing a waist coat, which looked very smart, and was incredibly friendly and professional after one of the girls we were with started feeling sick. we used you because you put a card through the door with a pen, will always use your taxi service from now on! best customer service ever received from a taxi company! thanks jesse rashley and crew

Great taxi company, I've always been very satisfied with their service. Drivers are really friendly, they're always on time, and it's reasonably priced - I find most of the time the prices are as cheap as Uber.
