Quick cab service has been invaluable in helping my 95 year old dad keep his independence. Controller has been very patient and understanding when he has rung to book cabs, and your drivers have been so caring to ensure he is delivered to the doctors, barbers or shops and then collected and safely indoors before leaving him. Booked a cab a few days earlier. The driver came dot on time and not a minute late. His name is Farag. His customer service was excellent. We got to the airport really quickly and he chose a really good route to take us there. When we got the airport he gave us his number so we could arrange for a pick up. He booked this for us on the way back. Although he was not able to make it, he had sent someone else. On top of all of this he called us to make sure if everything was ok and we got back safe and sound. He has been fantastic. I highly recommend you book with Farag. We had 3 large luggage and 2 small hand luggage. He managed to fit all in his estate. Highly recommended person and the rate was competitively good.

I've just ordered a cab from Quick Cars UK Ltd - Whipps Cross Hospital and the controller said it would be five minutes. The cab turned up within the five minutes and the driver was extremely professional. I highly recommend this company.

After a distressing eight hours in a and e Whipps Cross , with my 83 year old father it was a relief to have a friendly and efficient person organise a cab to take me back to Dunmow, Essex. The driver was also a lovely, courteous man. Thank you.
