H.I called Southside Car Group to get to a hospital appointment on time when the buses were being unreliable. They arrived to pick me up in the timeframe that I was told they would and the driver was very friendly and dropped me off right outside the hospital entrance that I had to use. Much appreciated efficient and friendly service, thank you.
