S. W.I use this service sporadically for airport journeys and when I can't be bothered with public transport. They have always been on time and have never even moaned when I go caught up in customs and knew all the back streets to get me to Gatwick swiftly. They've always been on time and use clean, decent cars. I once had a somewhat kamikaze driver that was too heavy-footed amongst stop-start traffic and I once had a misunderstanding with the dispatcher about whether I could pay with plastic in the car. But she apologised for the mistake and we sorted it out.

l. b.Can’t thank Standard Cars enough, I was foolish enough to forget my passport when coming on holiday on Sunday morning. I realised at 6.40am but with the help of Standard cars my passport was at Gatwick with me by 7.30 and I made my 8am flight! A huge thank you from me and my family

m. m. a.Ive used Standard Cars a few times over the last few years .My most recent use of Standard Cars was during last weeks tube strike. My arranged pick up time ( 4 mornings ) was 0600hrs , though my driver arrived atleast 10 mins prior , though under no pressure to leave the house sooner .
My driver was Courteous & Proffessional ,and dropped me off at my designated stop in Central London.
Standard Cars are better value / rates than other neighbouring taxi companies in SW London
While flying overseas in Nov 2021 I was happy to leave at 1730 for my night flight to avoid saturday evening traffic , then returning from overseas in (December 2021 ) I arranged a very short notice pick up from Heathrow ( via email ) I got a reply and text message with details and the driver met me at the Arrivals area with a sign.
On christmas day 2019 Standard cars took me to work ( return trip ) to central london, and they gladly gave me a proffessional receipt so I could get my travel expenses refunded.
I have no issues or complaints with this company as they use nice decent / clean cars for transport .
