R. P.I preordered 2 pick ups for dinner and return home on a busy night. Swift cars were extremely accommodating. The first cab had to wait 5 minutes for us so left, I called the office and another was on its way in 8 minutes. A text informing me would have been great, yet I was grateful that another driver was coming. The return journey home: I called 30 minutes beforehand to alter the location and time of collection which was done with zero issues. Way more reliable than the apps.

S. B.I found this private hire firm on google as I was going to London for the night. I downloaded the app and booked a taxi to pick me from London Bridge hotel and to take me to Sexy Fish in Mayfair. Taxi Came on time friendly driver and clean car. I then had a return journey booked. Again bang on time, nice driver and clean car. Best thing about it was the cost! Excellent value for money. Would never catch a black cab ever again in London after discovering these guys. I booked a trip for 04:30 AM to Gatwick Airport - the car was early and the driver was friendly. Also booked a return trip and the driver was also early which was good because our flight landed early. I really recommend them - much cheaper than UBER.
l. s.I have been with this company for a few years they always have good prices. The app is a big help makes booking a cab easier, the cab drivers are very polite always on time never late. Managers are always polite , there are no charges when changing the date of pick up. Always an enjoyable ride , best cab service. Would recommend to everybody.
M. A.My husband and I pre-booked 'Estate' car to move our luggage from one accommodation to another. And it was an experience as expected. We were able to fit 2 very large suitcase, 2 small ones, 2 backpacks, a foldable clothes airer and a few plastic bags. The driver was professional and helpful. The car arrived a little late due to the traffic even though I booked 8 hours in advance, so I won't recommend the service if you are on a schedule. But for us, this was the cheapest, quickest and most comfortable experience to move our stuff. So, 5 stars.

Without having pre-booked the ride, I called them 3 hours in advance and they picked us up in a minivan in the late hours from Stansted Airport and delivered us safely home. The driver was friendly, competent, very obliging and willing to help with luggage etc. I am very pleased with them. I will definitely use the service again.

T. B.This place is so hit or miss for us. Sometimes we use them and it's the best experience we have ever had: driver is on time, gets us there quickly, it's affordable, the ride is nice. And then sometimes the driver just doesn't show up when we have to catch a long haul flight to the US and get to LHR during rush hour so we have to use Uber or call someone else.

E. D.Swift Cars is proving that minicabs in Central London can be good and cheap. Central London to Heathrow Airport Minicab only £25! And I got picked up in 10 minutes! I usually book minicabs through the Swift Cars minicab mobile app, which is very good. Gives you an instant fare and then you can even track your driver on the real time maps. Polite drivers and decent cars. Recommended.

M. K.Swift Cars Mobile app is great! Tells you the price instantly! I'm in Notting Hill and the cars always arrive within 5 - 10 minutes. I pick up my daughter from school and use these guys every day. Most of their cars are hybrid Toyota Prius, good to know your journey doesn't leave a heavy footprint!

In response to another review here, they do charge you for their stay in the car park in the airport, but that's standard - and only a few quid.

I often take a minicab to a church on Willesden High Road and they always collect me on time from Kilburn, and there is always a minicab waiting outside the Willesden church on the my way back to Kilburn. Polite drivers and most important, they are always on time.
