M. J.I used national express bus in a week day. Good price and not very busy these days. It is now an option to consider for anyone travelling from London. Although due to covid the busses are less frequent than they used to be so make sure you check in advance the time table.
F. A. J.The station is quite small, toilets are dirty and the bus set off later than it said. Not punctual at all. Overall the station is ok.other side compound are clean so I can recommend.
M.Great social distancing in place in the coach station! The staff are very friendly and helpful! I love the fact they check everyone’s temperatures before they board the coach!!! There is a one way system in place in the coach station but not everyone follows it and there’s only so much staff can do… The first coach driver I had played great music from his phone reminded me of the days when I used to drive to work!

R. R.Coaches always leave on time, connections are good. However the interior would be nicer if it would be modernized a little.
The toilets are badly designed. You need to go down the stairs, underground, forcing you to leave your potentially heavy baggage unsupervized for a toilet break if you're travelling solo. Not ideal, especially since there is also no way for disabled people to go downstairs from what I've seen.

I mean, it does what it says. Never been on a late coach. Wish they would update the interior (I've used National Express, Megabus and Flixbus).
Can get some really cheap deals on coaches which is what I love. Very well connected too.
I. F.Pub over the road stays open till half past 11 so had a pint while I waited for my coach to Liverpool was all good until these people decided to take their shoes off actually on the coach
V. N.It seems well organized, when you enter they ask to see your ticket and they tell you which gate to go to. It wasn't busy inside the station, my coach to Birmingham was about 5 minutes late, I was with my wife and on the coach we had to stay separate because of covid.

Even there is a Starbucks branch in there .
You can book tickets online before you go to the coach it will be cheaper .
K. H.This is actually a very good coach station, as you have almost the same opportunities like in a train station.
You can eat or get food in several shops and restaurants, there is a large waiting area, with many seats almost like in an airport.
The signs leading to your coach are also very well placed and the whole place looks very clean, which is definetely not self - understanding.
s. w.From entering to traveling on your journey staff are very friendly and helpful, making your journey a pleasure, wifi on coach worked okay and the set up for covid 19, is window seating only and mask at all time which is quite hard especially if traveling for more than 3 hours. Temperature checked before you board and toliet on coach was clean.

Only once that i had to pick my cousin up, who travel from Wales and due to whatever reason that was, the coach driver let my old lady and other passenger out in the middle of the road instead of inside the bus terminal where i was waiting. And i had to sit and waited for nothing over an hour and found out that my old lady had already gone home. Also the arrival display are not really give away much and accurate information, the combination of two incident, i then had to wait for nothing. Surely happened to someone before.
S. E.There are different areas for arrivals and departures so read the notices carefully. Try to arrive least 20 minutes early for departures. There are not near enough seats in the waiting area so be prepared to stand of sit on the floor. Sometimes you need to pay for the toilets. There are kiosks for hot drinks and snacks, but it is better to cross the road to the train station where there is a food court upstairs.

j. g.Information is clearly within site of entrance, drivers are always great and polite and put luggage in for you. Air conditioned coaches, lovely smooth journey. And great value for money when booking tickets.

Feels like a small airport, I have never quite seen a more organised Coach station.

P. b.Tend to go here quite alot when travelling to Stansted, really busy coach station but that's what you would expect from London. I would knock it down 1 star purely for having to pay for the toilets which are filthy.

Z. A.Be assure that your departure terminal number of airport is before buying a bus ticket.for instance, heathrow terminal 2.
That means another bus line If we compare with heathrow terminal 5.
Second important thing is the waiting lounge.
Check your bus line with the numbers. For Heathrow terminal 2, It may be 033 and terminal 5 might be 412 bus line.
If you wait for the wrong number, you probably miss your flight.be careful for that.

這是一個人非常多的等巴士的地方裡面空間非常大每一個號碼的等車區都有一些位子可以坐而且有很清楚的電視牆顯示自己的車在哪一個號碼的區域廁所要錢有人在顧廁所但是是等巴士站的附近治安好像沒有很好可是裡頭環境維持得不錯裡頭也有咖啡廳可以買水和一些輕食等車的人潮非常多號碼區的派頭就是巴士的停靠站所以當車來時上車非常方便很近廁所是位在地下室要順著指標從1樓往下走因為巴士站等車人潮眾多所以座位還是不夠有許多人這個巴士站位於市中心要到這個地方交通非常方便附近也有許多人潮和其他店面可以選擇在大約20分鐘外就有一家大型便利店可以購買一些比較便宜的東西車站裡頭的咖啡廳服務非常好

Ci sono stato a notte fonda e posso dire che non pecca in sicurezza.
È solo piena di gente che dorme (homeless e non..);
Non si può andare in bagno perché sono a pagamento e accettano solo monete (no carta).

OCCHIO alle mappe che avete sui biglietti dei vari bus.. spesso e volentieri non partono da dove è scritto su quest'ultima! Entrate e controllate per tagliare la testa al toro!

Najbardziej rozpoznawalny dworzec autobusowy w Londynie. Można dojechać stamtąd do innych miast w Wielkiej Brytanii oraz na pobliskie lotniska. Budynek na pierwszy rzut oka wydaje się wielki, lecz sam dworzec jest bardzo mały. Nad punktem informacyjnym znajdują się monitory, na których wyświetlają się odjazdy oraz stanowiska. Dworzec nie jest pierwszej młodości i widać, że potrzebuje renowacji. Poczekalnia jest dość mała.
