First time user. Travelled from hospital to home. First thing that strikes me was the excellent communication. Received lots of texts at each stage. Used the app. Everything was clear. Made a little mistake on pickup location. It was close but found better location for pickup. Unfortunately app does not permit change. Thankfully driver Ali called and eta as well as better location only few meters away agreed. Journey was pleasant and Ali was friendly. Overall very good experience. Will use again

Just professional as usual. Using the technology to its max to communicate with customers in a timely manner. Drivers are cool and polite. Cars are nice and clean. I recommend this company and I don't usually recommend so meaning this is a top notch that impresses me even every time more than last. I'm not easily impressed by the way so take it from me and take a comfy ride from airport home you too will be impressed because I said so. lol. Serious though.

Only used them once but the driver I had was very good. He arrived early and was safe in his driving. The fare was fifteen per cent more than the three others I phoned. But I am happy with what I paid. Professional operation.
