F. K.I have been using Vale Cars regularly for the past 5 months and can only recommend their services. Staff is polite and reliable. Their cars are always on time. When needed to change a booking, they were very flexible and forthcoming. Fares also very reasonably priced!
W. J.I needed a ride from a hotel near Earls Court to Hyde Park Gardens then back again. Booking was easy by email. The drivers showed up on time in good clean cars and they were both friendly and courteous.
I was particularly impressed with their service when my mobile phone fell out of my pocket in the car on the return trip. I didn't notice until the car departed. All it took was a quick call to their office and the driver returned my mobile 15 minutes later. Excellent service indeed.
S. W.I had an AMAZING experience with Vale Taxi service. My friend and I had a booking to see The Tempest at the Globe and were running quite late. The taxi driver was so kind and knowledgeable about the area. Saved us a lot of time through short cuts. He also acted as a tour guide point out the major landmarks to visit as we were both from out of town. 1000% recommend!

T. B.I booked a cab for my mother from ValeCars for the first time and the driver Mohammed took my elderly mother to have her COVID vaccine. I can definitely say he was fantastic and on time and very professional. He looked after her and made sure she was looked after while she was there and then he took her to her door and notified me with updates of her safety. I particularly like that this company is animal friendly and I have over the last couple of years, used them to transport me and my cat carrier to and from my local Vets. The drivers have helped me load and unload the carrier without hesitation. Sadly, today my beloved pet passed away so there will be no more vets visits for the time being..... so a heartfelt Thank you to the Management and staff for their efforts.

R. F.I have used Vale Cars a few times now, and they are particularly good at the airport runs. Good value for money, prompt, polite and courteous. West London to Heathrow is usually £21.
I have only ever had one problem when they seemed to write down the day after I actually wanted the car. I rang up and asked where my driver was, and they apologised and got a back-up car to me 15 minutes later - so good recovery. Every other time the driver has been early and waiting for me at the designated time.
N. M.I booked their service to be picked up from LHR. They asked if i wanted the driver to arrive 20 mins after landing, to which I said yes. They were calling me even before landing. When I finally managed to get out of the airport after a more than 20mins quee, the driver had forgotten were he had left the car. He drove like crazy and I was starting to feel sick. Then he charged me more than 50% of the agreed price for 'waiting', which i refused to pay. He locked me on the car for few minutes, then he wouldn't give me my luggage. I walked away and he gave me my luggage back at the end not without being very disrespectful.
Soon after the above incident, the management got in touch with me. They were very reasonable and apologetic. They have spoken to the driver and re-educated him on the values of the company.
My husband and I have been using their service for more than 3 years; and usually the service is quite good and drivers very polite and friendly. I would normally recommend Vale Cars, I hope this has been an one of situation.
