First Class service! Van towed in by the AA in the morning to the West 4Autos, after 2 hours i've got a call from Michael (manager at west4) to inform me exactly what was wrong with it and what needed to be done to get it back up and running (this is after 2 other mobile mechanics previously attempting & failing to fix). West 4 Auto seems to have latest diagnostic equipment to efficiently fault-find, repair & get the vehicle back up and running in a short period of time. This is level of service is very important to small electrical business like us to run our business smoothly No time waste with these guys, Highly recommended anyone

Small yet super-efficient auto repair and service workshop in Chiswick. Great service, kept me updated on the service progress and MOT. I was running a bit late to pick up my car in the evening, but the gentleman at the service centre waited for me and didn't close the centre till I showed up.

It's a real comfort to find a garage who actually use genuine parts and give you a comprehensive breakdown of where the money went. A lot of places I've used in the past I've often left feeling I might have paid more than I needed to... not with these guys. They also had a look at my dad's vintage Aston Martin and fixed that, too. No hesitation in giving this place 5 stars!

Great experience taking my BMW for an MOT last week. Friendly and knowledgeable service, workplace clean, tidy and welcoming. did the job on time and with minimal fuss. BMW dealers could learn a hell of a lot from these guys. Will definitely be back!
