From service desk to fixed car, these guys installed trust throughout. Competitive rates and transparency regarding costings makes them a good team to depend on. I go to a few different mechanics for various specialist car types, but would recommend these guys as a 'catch all' mechanical service. Also, I've noted they use good quality products. Something often sidelined, especially when quoting.

I was extremely happy with the service I was given by this garage. My car broke down 30 miles away from Eurotunnel and ahead of a very long drive whilst also touring a caravan. I rang at least 20 garages and they all refused or weren't willing to help me at all, with my tunnel crossing booked for 3 hours away. Then I found a number for this garage, and without any babble or moans, the very friendly chap said he'd be 15min, and 10min later he was with us. Managed to fix the car on the spot and we were on our way. Shame on all the other garages in Maidstone for not even helping us recover the vehicle or offering to come and have a look at it. Do not hesitate to use this company, as ones with this level of customer service and basic human decency are far and few between. Thanks again for all your help, and the way you turned a horrible situation into an hour's stop. I'd give you a million stars if I could. Best regards!!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

! ! ! INFORMATION FOR ALL OUR CUSTOMERS ! ! ! Mr. John B.visit our garage with electric problem.He bought his eight-year-old Ford Ka and admitted that he tried to connect a reversing camera at home by himself. Due to the lack of experience something went wrong, he did a short circuit and since then problem with electric started (a lot of lights on the dashboard, no external lights, etc.). He decided to book his car with us to diagnose the problem. The diagnostics showed that the Body Control Module was damaged. We made an estimate for exchange unit with coding, however when Mr. John B heard the price, he stated that he is going to take the car back to the place where he bought it and and claim, that he bought the car with a hidden electric defect, which he obviously failed to do ( nice try mr.JB). Taking the car from our garage in a hurry, he was very surprised that for the time spent on diagnostics he had to pay £42.00+vat (£50.40), after a while he returned and stated that the ABS lamp was additionally ON. To our customers and Mr. John B .: during work on automotive electronics, which often requires pulling out fuses and disconnecting various modules, these types of problems may occur. These types of problems are resolved at the end of the diagnostic process, usually by deleting the fault codes. P.S. When you try DIY on your car electric, you can expect this type of problem. The advice that we can give you is contact with an experienced garage before you brake something and start blaming everyone around. Before you issue a negative one-star review, please contact our office to give us a chance to resolve the issue.
