D. H.Really good experience with these guys. Sadly the app didn't work at the time I needed, but got a lift from Soulbury to Woburn. Cab turned up 15 mins late which at that time wasn't a deal breaker for us. Most importantly I could pay online, car was clean, driver was excellent I was texted the status of arrival of the car. I will be using them again for local journeys.

L. B.On time and very polite and a bit cheaper than my previous can company. They would have got 5 stars if they didn't send me so many texts when my cab is due to arrive. Also a preview which l can't load on my phone. All l want to know is the colour of the car and the number plate. I can't tell the difference between the makes. First l look for the colour then the number plate, l have a little trouble with my eyes. It is only a small niggle, and l will carry on using them. Hope this helps. Linda. :)
J. H.Have been using Royal Cabs regularly for about a year now and have to say I find them first class. Very prompt, competitively priced and the best thing of all is that they keep you informed by text message about your taxi arrival including car make, registration and drivers name. In my opinion, simply excellent.
J. F.The taxi arrived within 15 minutes where competitors' taxis were taking hours to arrive. They send you a tracking link so that you can see where your cab is and what its ETA is. Driver was very friendly and drove well and the car was clean.
On top of that, the taxi was fairly cheap compared to what I was expecting based upon other companies' prices. I'd definitely recommend.

They take you right to and from to your destination without ....a nice long drive around or hitting the lights you know like most taxi services they do whatever they can to grind an extra buck or two out of you ...The other companies need to realise that y’all could get that back in tips tenfold!!!! Royal Cabs drivers are honest, reliable and kind!!
a. u.The gentleman answered the phone in a very polite manner, not personally knowing Milton Keynes myself he was very helpful in assisting the location of the pick up and the drop off. I was paying by company card and even though its normally a machine in the cab that calculates the fair he gave me a great fixed price. I would definitely recommend and give Royal Cabs a big thumbs up! :)

u. s.Royal cars are great! They have an app that allows you to book a cab at the push of a button, they send you confirmation texts of when they are dispatched and arrive, and will even call you when they are outside your door. Top service!
