D.This company has NEVER let my husband down for him getting to work ( unlike every other taxi company we have tried, and we have tried the vast majority of Newcastle companies!) even in this recent bad weather (late feb/March 2018) with amber weather warnings and traffic advising don’t drive unnecessarily! The drivers have all been polite, friendly and happy to have a little chat ( again , we’ve had some grumpy and sullen and downright offensive drivers from other firms)
This is an “old school “ taxi firm, they don’t have any flash technology, no apps, bells or whistles, but they have what REALLY matters, reliability, reasonable prices, and drivers like they used to be, who have “ the knowledge “ and don’t rely on satellite navigation!
Well done Fenham Taxis! Don’t ever change, PLEASE!!
