I have used this taxi service countless times. They are always reliable and drivers make you feel so safe and comfortable. Rides are always well priced and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy taxi company.

Feel so fortunate to have found Leader cabs. Following an accident I was suddenly without a car, and the waiting time for a courtesy car was uncertain. I live in Brighstone and this seemed to be a no go area for the first X3 other taxi services who refused to entertain coming out to Brighstone, this left me in a real pickle as I work at the hospital and could not work from home. When I called leader cabs they were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble, when they picked me up from work to take me home we even did a quick stop so I could get some essentials from Sainsburys. On time, reliable and wonderful staff who absolutely saved me in my time of need. I now have a courtesy car but have saved Leader Cabs number and will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you so much Leader Cabs!

Outstanding taxi company! Used then to get to and from a music festival recently, and they surpassed my expectations: easy to book on-line, on time, well driven, excellent communication (texts when taxi is on its way, and when it arrives, including number plate and description), which all made it easy to find in a busy and dark festival exit. Used Leader Cabs during the Isle of Wight Festival. I made a 2am booking on the wrong night, and my driver re-arranged the journey without showing any resentment. I received texts when the cab was on its way and when it had arrived, telling me which number plate was my cab to avoid confusion. Car was clean and spacious, driver was polite. Very pleased.

Had a cat emergency & went on line, to find taxi company. Both drivers were polite, cab clean & they were on time. They are also happy to take the cat, as I find most cabs won't take pets. Txt you as well, with ID no. for driver, which also made me more comfortable using them
