I use this firm roughly 3 times a week for wait and return jobs and the customer service is appalling it's virtually non existent, the people that answer the phone can't even understand what you say if there is a problem they don't help you and they don't care , I had a driver that asked for money upfront which I didn't mind, the job was from Fishermead to fullerslade and back again and so I asked to stop at co-op for myself to get money out and without a word the driver drove off and left me there and he had the twenty pounds for the fare still, skyline did not care and I reported it to council I've still not received a refund and get nowhere taking to people within the firm !!!

Great taxi service.

Used this company few times now, always on time or few minutes early. Drivers are always friendly and one even opened my door for me today.

Admittedly I've only ever used this firm when I've been in town and need to get home quickly with the minimum of fuss, but from what I can gather, these lads do a good job and the drivers are always friendly and talkative.
