P. A.We have never used a wheelchair taxi before so we were a bit apprehensive. Dad hasn’t left the house in 18 months since coming out of hospital, other than in an ambulance.
I found the company very understanding and answered several questions I had beforehand patiently and with reassurance.
The taxi was a few minutes early which was good as Dad would have got anxious otherwise. The driver was fantastic from start to finish, taking over the problems of navigating several steps with the wheelchair at both ends of the journey, ( I was worried how I was going to manage)
I forgot to mention this was Christmas Day and the excellent service provided gave us a day to remember as we couldn’t have done it without them.
As we returned home early evening many houses had displays of Christmas lights and the driver even pulled over so my Dad could get a good view of them.... just brilliant and so appreciated.
What was a worry beforehand turned into a pleasure on the day!

H.Excellent, friendly, trustworthy and local service. We have used Take 6 Taxis over the last 2 years for our relative who suffers from Alzheimer's disease. She's got to know the drivers really well. They look after her and make sure she gets from A to B safely. Communication is particularly good.
