I've never once had an issue with using this company. I've used them for a couple of years now and they are my go to. Majority of the drivers I've had will happily have a natter with you about anything too which makes for a pleasant journey should you like a conversation.

I have been using enterprise taxis for a couple of months as it’s now my local taxi company. The drivers are absolutely lovely, more than fair fare prices for journeys and they are always on time. Especially happy today as after my journey I realised I’d left my phone at the back of the taxi. After calling up the company (who dealt with it amazingly) the driver drove back almost instantly to return my phone cheerfully. Thank you so much!

Really good service. Needed to request a last minute cab due to reading a expired timetable for the last Park and Ride Bus back from Norwich City Centre so funny enough we missed it. Brilliant efficiancy, despite the driver went to the wrong car park but was hard as a british tourist to explain where we were at the time (not local) so no issues with that! Quicker journey than the bus and got there in 10mins for £8.00! Good price for a cab. If you are new to the city or just need a taxi for any reason, these guys will sort you out! :D

Where other taxi firms was not in operation, Enterprise Taxis came to my rescue when my last bus home didn't turn up, They was able to tell how much it was going to cost me to get home, I was able to pay with Google pay. Taxi driver was polite and respectful, he put the heating on for me as it was a cold night. Next time I need a taxi no matter what time of day or night I will use Enterprise Taxis again and highly recommend them to friends and family.

it seems to me only the unfortunate few that have a problem post a review. I use them regularly and have always found them to be very efficient and have never let me down. The prices are very good and the drivers are always professional and helpful. when you think how many cabs they must be dispatching there's not actually many bad reviews. Enterprise Taxis app works really well and it is possible to speak to the driver. thanks guys keep up the good work :))

Brilliant service. Can’t believe some of the negative comments. Been using this service for over a year and they’ve never failed me, always gets there on time, if there is an issue with a booking I call up and they send a taxi straight away never wait too long. drivers are never rude and always talkative and friendly , call up and always welcomed and they are polite. If I could rate them a 10 I would. They never let you down :)

My daughter uses this firm alot their app works out brilliantly for her the communictaion is brilliant drivers honest for example: my daughter left her wallet behind it had her life in it bank card, driving licence, top up cards for bills, money, the driver turned up with it while out on another job. Always use this company for my pick ups in the mornings for work always on time and very good prices.....app is so much easier for bookings only problem I do have is if I've made a mistake on the post code and don't realise till after you can't change it so have to call them or get someone else to because signal isn't great where I'm at other than wouldn't use any other company
