The most punctual and professional taxi service, ever. Francis is so kind, helpful and naturally friendly; easily the most personable taxi driver I’ve ever experienced. Won’t be using any other service from now on. Can not recommend highly enough. Update: Again, another perfect journey. An absolute pleasure, thank you Francis. Me and my father wanted to go out in Norwich as it’s been a long while since we had, we tried 3 alternative taxi services before we tried Francis and he picked up straight away, no hassle said he’d be there in 15 minutes and that he was. We were welcomed with a lovely smile and some great banter he was an absolute delight and definitely recommend if the big wig companies don’t pick, up a solo masterclass !

Francis saved the day for us as we had to go to a wedding in Lingwood but had a nightmare getting a taxi booked. Luckily, we found Francis, who picked up our call promptly, was immediately attentive, kind and got our ride to the wedding all booked right away. No fluff, just good' ol customer service. He sent a confirmation text for ease of mind and arrived right on time. Once we got in his taxi, he was so friendly, making our ride so pleasant all throughout. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Francis to the rescue. Stuck in Norwich due to the train strikes and no flights home for me. Home for me is Plymouth, other companies quoted but then turned me down for the trip but Francis arrived within 20 minutes. A 12hour round trip for him but took it in his stride. Excellent service! Highly recommended! Having spent time in Norfolk and Norwich Hospital, when I was discharged, I had no means of transport to get home. Luckily, I was signposted to Francis M. Karemo’s taxi service who arrived without delay to collect me, and get me home safely and in impeccable timing.
