V. M.Hired 5 Star Oxford for a business event we had in the UK. Starting with the back office service with Umar and Mo has been beyond exceptional, great customer service and incredibly flexible. The team and customers were extremely pleased with the quality of of the cars as with the service, Hassan Khan, Ayaz and the other drivers have been patient, friendly and kind. Highly recommended!

In addition, they are flexible and willing to adapt to their clients' needs. Many times over the wedding week, we had last minute changes or quick adjustments that needed to occur, and they always handled them smoothly and professionally.
We primarily dealt with Mo, who kept all of our trips (there were many) organized. He is extremely attentive to detail and was always available to talk to through any logistics and re-confirm anything we asked. Mo, Usman, and Omar were also all very smooth and safe drivers. When you only have one chance to make an event right, choose 5 Star Chauffeurs. Extremely professional, courteous, punctual, flexible, knowledgeable, responsive, and communicative are all adjectives I would use for 5 Star Chauffeurs and would recommend their service without hesitation to anyone traveling to Oxford, England, and beyond.
We used them for all transportation relating to what was a two-week wedding celebration, involving multiple locations, international guests arriving/departing, shopping, fittings, sightseeing, rehearsal dinner, wedding day events, and post wedding day events. Mo was our liaison, main driver, and company owner. His team lived up to all the adjectives listed above for this prolonged family happening.
Many times 5 Star Chauffeurs went beyond the call of duty. On the wedding day, Mo’s team was ferrying guests and wedding participants here, there and everywhere. Mo brought an additional car (gratis) and was monitoring the transport from one of the key hubs. One portion of the wedding party chose to arrange for a local taxi. When the local taxi didn’t show up, Mo was ready and positioned to get everyone to the church on time, and averted a wedding crisis.
Another, above the call, anecdote occurred as I was traveling to the church with Mo. I was practicing the reading that I was to deliver at the wedding. I confessed that I was jittery about the reading, and public speaking. During the ride, Mo boosted my confidence about the reading in so many ways (e.g., “Sir, seriously, your reading sounded fabulous” and “Sir, I have driven many VIPs, and have heard many speeches read in my back seat…yours is excellent”, etc.) We then drifted to other conversations and I arrived to the church ready, calm, and self-assured – just another example of many of the intangibles that 5 Star Chauffeurs delivers.
I look forward to using their exceptional services again.

We booked 5 Star for a tour of the Cotswolds and the service was impeccable.
Our driver Mo was very knowledgable about the Cotswold area and pointed out various interesting and historical facts about this gorgeous area.
All the villages he recommended were picture perfect. He suggested and indeed booked afternoon tea for us in Broadway which was again an excellent choice.
Courteous, polite, professional and flexible, Mo was very patient and attentive to our requirements.

Our driver, Mo, arrived at our hotel in London ahead of time and patiently waited until all our party was ready, never an easy task when you have a group of 6 ladies!
From the outset, we found Mo very approachable, jovial and with a great sense of humour.
He was very attentive to our needs on the ride up to Oxford with regular enquires if anyone needed to stop for a break.
The SUV was spotless and Mo was impeccably dressed in a suit.
The ride was very smooth and we all picked Mo’s brains about Oxford and The Cotswolds.
Both our tours of Oxford and The Cotswolds were fantastic days out. We were given some historical background on places and shown some real hidden gems.
