Luxe is a great service! The drivers are always polite, vehicles are always clean and fresh. The pickup location positioning on the app could do with improvement as it isn’t accurate after adding your address, sometimes guiding drivers to the wrong location/address which can be a little disconcerting when booking however, the drivers usually figure out where you really are. Luxe have a very good price point, not expensive compared to other taxi services and so far NEVER LATE! Highly recommended by myself and many others.

Great service, nice clean car with air con in this heat wave was just what I needed. Wait time was good considering mid day traffic, app kept me updated about how long the driver was going to be which was handy, it gave me a chance to get a few last minute errands sorted, quick dash in the garden to put the laundry out to dry. Driver was smarty dressed and car was sparkyling clean. Overall 10/10 for my first experience of a luxe ride. Hope it stays like this.

Luxe for Luxury. Cars are all new black Mercedes. Drivers all in suits. Taxi service got a upgrade in Peterborough. App is very easy to use, booked many times now, was waiting to write review after few journeys. I can now 100% recommend this company. Price is cheap, happy customer.

Brilliant service, I have used them several times now. Cars are very smart looking, feels like a chauffeur service not a taxi. Drivers are all wearing suits. Called one night from Peterborough Hospital, it was raining and the driver offered an umbrella. Use the app on my phone so paying is easy don't need to worry if I don't have cash on me.

Usually really happy with the service. Have used them lots of times in Peterborough. If you’re travelling around that area it’s fine. However, Booked a taxi in Stamford for a wedding at 12:15. Quoted a price. £13 for the journey. Booked hours in advance, thought the price was very cheap but the app stated it so thought no more of it. Then got a phone call 5 minutes before it was due to arrive saying it would actually be £19. We said fine, and waited. We then got another phone call, saying that they had no taxis in the area. And it would be £35. Almost triple the initial price we were given by the app. My partner said yes, but I told him to call them back and cancel, as it was to late notice and frankly a joke. I then drove to the wedding we were attending or we could have risked being late! In a warm car as my air con had just stopped working, in 30 degree heat. Completely understand that you want a car to be there to make the journey worthwhile. But that’s not our fault. And the service we received Saturday wasn’t good enough, and not up to usual good standards.

Excellent, prompt service and really friendly drivers. A smooth journey in an e class Merc and the drivers are all suited. Pretend you’ve got a chauffeur but at a price that is the cheapest I’ve got in Peterborough. Highly recommended.

Driver was friendly, he was stuck in traffic at the bottom of my street, which is unavoidable as roadworks have been going on for 1 month now and it is the only access point, however he was polite and apologised for the short delay (even though not his fault). Iv booked 3 times now, service is always on point. Drivers looking dapper wearing suits, very professional and smart looking image, more like having my own a chauffeur, rather then booking a taxi. All for £10. The app is brilliant as it allows me to pay using my phone. I don't carry lots of change so this is perfect.

wow, what a service and that too in a clean nice smelling Mercedes, best bit was normal prices but luxury service, Driver 7's was very friendly and chatty which makes it even more comfy. Felt like men in black movie with driver wearing a suit. Very professional company

I just want to say a big thank you to the whole Luxe Team. Yesterday evening while getting dropped of home, I left my purse in the back of the car, by the time I realised and went to call them, I already had a message on my phone asking me to call them. The driver kept hold of my purse and dropped it back of to me this morning with everything still inside, my fare was only £6.50, so the fact he came back to drop my purse to me, I couldn't ask for more. Great customer service. Trustworthy staff. Im so happy and relived to have my purse back, I didn't have a lot of money inside but all my cards were in there which would be a nightmare to replace. Big Thank You Luxe.

Cheapest taxi service in Peterborough but with luxury cars. Drivers wearing suits, I didn’t even feel like I was using a taxi, more like a personal chauffeur. Brilliant service and I got a promo code and the fare was discounted by £10, just couldn’t have got better in my option. About time we had a service like this in Peterborough.
