The general service provided in Plymouth by all the taxi firms is pretty shocking, then we came across Steve, what a fantastic difference a taxi driver who does exactly what he says he is going to do. Always spot on on time probably the cleanest taxi in Plymouth and to top all that Steve is genuine a very nice guy. If you use him you will not be disappointed at all

Steve was prompt and courteous and friendly , checking the arrival of my train on the return journey, and hanging on for me when my train was over 20 mins late even though it meant turning away other fares. Steve was professional. He kept us informed of the approximate arrival time and called when he arrived. Saved standing outside waiting in the cold! Although I don’t usually use taxi firms I’m unfamiliar with we were stuck on booking one due to not being able to get through to any company. We rang Steve’s taxi and booked it for 2pm. As we came out 5 minutes before we booked to wait he was already their right on time unlike most taxi companies in Plymouth. Got us their very quickly and was very friendly and polite. Would definitely recommend.

This is a great service that I found on the day pubs opened again. Very friendly, honest about waiting time as all taxi companies were very busy on that day. Very friendly service and in a spotless cab. Friends had reported paying more than, usual with different firms but this device was the usual price and very reasonable for my destination.
