Can't complain about the drivers.......but who decided that outsourcing their calls to Islamabad was a good idea?! The people answering the phone, who's first language isn't English, don't have a single clue about the area the company actually operates in. I can't believe that hiring a couple of local people would be more expensive than outsourcing to somewhere in Asia!

On Saturday 25th June 2022 we booked a taxi to take us from Ribby Hall Village to Blackpool and our driver was Kasper, it was hands down, the most entertaining and hilarious taxi ride ever! We laughed the entire way, what a lovely young man. Thank you Kasper for ending our day with such fun, perfect end to a perfect day 😊

Quality customer service. We use these on a regular basis however today When shopping our self service checkout crashed and wasn’t able to get to our taxi we booked on time. The driver handled it well as we clearly made him wait a while and we appreciated the kind service he delivered, we also apologise! Thank you

Very pleasant drivers and clean, comfortable cars. New booking app is a massive improvement and saves so much time. Only further improvement I'd suggest is building a credit card payment option into the app, with receipts sent to an email address.

Me and my 2 friends had a fabulous day at Ribby Hall Spa. Had treatments, lunch,and a few apperitis later. Decided to take a cab home and the excellent experience continued. We were greeted at the door by a gentlemen who was immaculate in his suit and tie. He introduced himself, opened the door for each of us We found ourselves in an pristine car with a driver who was very friendly yet extemeley professional. The journey to Poulton was a great pleasure. A perfect end to a perfect day. Bravo Steve. !! Would not hesitate to recommend Kirkham Macs to my friends and family. Thankyou Steve.
