I have used this service multiple times over the years, and never had a problem. Reception, and drivers are always pleasant and polite. Some of the journeys have included me taking cats to the vets, me going for medical procedures after taking some doze inducing drugs- especially in those cases, they have gone above and beyond. Prices have always been fair, trips pleasant. Always my first choice for taxis 👍🏻

Great local taxi service, the guys are super helpful and a joy to ride with as they're a friendly bunch. Always quick and easy to get a car when you need one, and always arrive on time. Can't fault them! They even have an app now which makes things even quicker and convenient. Was able to pay by card since I don't carry cash often anymore. Have used a few times now and will definitely use for any other times I need a taxi.

Got two taxis from walton-le-dale to leyland and back with my 18-month-old. The first taxi was pre-booked and arrived right on time. Both drivers were incredibly nice and accomodating for the baby car seat. Exceptional service

I've never had to use taxis on a regular basis before. I have to say the office personnel and drivers have all been very kind and professional. They have always been on time. The text alerts are great and really reassuring telling you that your taxi is on it's way and what car to look out for. Thank you!

Used this company for 1st time. On booking received a confirmation text. Received a further text 10 mins before they were due to arrive saying on their way. Then a text to say they had arrived which was 2 minutes earlier than booked. Marvellous service. The meter fare was rounded down on arrival. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and the driver was polite. Will definitely recommend and use again

Excellent service would highly recommend. Very clean and tidy car. Audi A6 which is a really lovely motor. The driver was really friendly, pleasant and amiable which I like. I appreciated the text to inform me a) my car was on its way and what to keep an eye out for b) a further text to tell me my car had arrived. An imotmptu journey that I hadn't planned to make but a pleasant experience.

Rang for taxi from local address, promised 10 mins, arrived in just under that. driver was polite and courteous. took me what i believe to be the shortest route. the fare came to 5.60, the driver only asked for the 5 pounds. needless to say he got a tip. well done village, best service by far. I believe Village are airport transfer specialists. They will be getting my business!
