c. V.Fords messed up when booking me in and I turned up on the date agreed and they had no record of my booking, but to be fair they squeezed me in for my speed limiter removal.
They even unlocked my stereo without me asking, quite expensive but hey it's a dealership what do you expect.
First time I've had work done at fords, pleasently surprised by good customer care.
A. B.Called about a part I needed that I could only get from the dealer. The AC hose connecting and compressor to condensor. Ordered it on Friday and got a call monday afternoon saying it was ready to be collected. Great and fast, no bs process.
3 stars because, as usual, Ford will bend you over for parts, £63 for that freakin hose, ffs

That was my first review. Having seen some negative comments.... all I will say is... They don't lie! If they can't fix it - they tell you so (and it's rare), and they do not charge over. Highly recommended 👍
P. D.Always helpful and local collection point. But Ford in general are really expensive for parts compared to other makes of cars. Even the likes of Mercedes are much cheaper for spares
