Keith arrived promptly to drive the 5 of us from Southampton Port to Birmingham airport. I needed him to arrive earlier than my original estimate and he was happy to accommodate this. The transportation was excellent, the price was very fair, I will have no hesitation to use again.

I found Keith online and used his contact service to request a quote for our travel needs to and from an event which was a few weeks away. Keith responded very quickly with a detailed description of his services and price and I only had to pay a very small deposit to secure the booking, which I was more than happy to do. Communication throughout was good and Keith is happy to text, email and phone to suit his customer, which is really convenient. Keith arrived punctually at both collection and the return journey and his vehicle was absolutely spotlessly clean inside and out, creating a very comfortable environment for us to enjoy our journey. Keith is also an incredibly smooth and calm driver, as well as engaging in conversation should you want him to be, so the entire experience is just wonderfully relaxing. Thank you Keith.

Keith looked after me and my family exceptionally well - arriving on time for pickup and coping very well with our delayed pickup after we had to queue to disembark from our cruise ship. His van was completely clean, spacious, comfortable and in superb condition. Easily coped with all of us and our luggage. Used Keith’s private hire in October to celebrate a birthday with four other friends. Keith picked us up at the door on time, his minibus was spotless and Keith very professional looking, smart in appearance and made us feel special. He allowed us to finish our plastic glasses of champagne in the vehicle on our way to a cocktail bar, taking our rubbish as we got out of the minibus. He waited for us for over an hour then at the designated time arranged took us onto the restaurant. He again returned right on time to take us home. His driving was excellent across the forest roads, and the fee included dropping friends at their door was very good. The price quoted was exceptional value and l would not hesitate to use Keith again, having already handed his business card to friends. Thanks Keith, your hire was part of my evening so friends could celebrate with me, you did a brilliant job.

Keith is an excellent driver and really cares for his passengers. His time keeping is exemplary. Our trip included two pick ups for our party of four for our 45th wedding anniversary evening at a restaurant 22 miles away.
