First time using Pentangle MB Ltd this week for a Major B Service and Auto Transmission Service on my Mercedes C-Class after they came highly recommended. Their service and attention to detail is second to none and frankly by far the best experience with a garage I have had in a long time! Having owned several Mercedes-Benz both New and Used over the years I have always historically used the main dealers. These guys are so helpful and professional with their approach they put the main dealers to shame. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are honest and upfront with pricing, also giving great advice and value for money. Just when I thought it could not get any better the car came back looking like brand new! Their valeters obviously went through the car with a fine tooth comb and it looked immaculate inside and out! Big thanks to Mike, Julie and the whole team at Pentangle MB Ltd for an amazing customer experience! There is only one place my Mercedes-Benz will be going for servicing from now on! It goes without saying I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I have ESP incooperative & run flat incooperative , air bag incooperative, windscreen wiper stop working ,cruise control issues etc. I remembered Pentangle all of a sudden and contacted them .Explained the issues and fixed within a few days.They even found a structure issue which I didn't know and get it fixed with no charge under warranty. I can only say the service from Pantangle is first class plus and the price to fix all the issues is reasonable. Highly recommended to everyone who own a Mercedes.

Bought a used sl500 mercedes back in march from a dodgy garage in Maidenhead and have had a few serious issues with it, which the Maidenhead garage have messed me about and fobbed me off without willing to investigate the issues at source. Had a boot leak, alarm going off, parking brake not engaging, disengaging properly with a lot of travel in the pedal. Issues that weren't obvious at the time of buying the vehicle. Needed to have the boot leak sorted urgently to protect the pse pump and consumer battery under the mat in the boot. So I had a google for Mercedes garages in Southampton and found this local mercedes specialist with great reviews. Phoned and spoke with Julie who was lovely and very understanding with the symptons I was experiencing with my car. Booked my car in to have it water tested etc and confirmed my suspicions about a bad seal along the c pillar against the back window. Mike phoned me back to explain exactly what they found with the boot leak, alarm going off etc and the work that needed doing, and how much it would cost. I tried to educate myself on common issues with older sl mercedes beforehand but being a bit slow upstairs sometimes and generally being unfamiliar with car mechanics, I won't pretend to know much about cars because I don't. So I must give special praise to Mike for being very patient with me and willing to spend the time to explain and show me all the technical stuff to clearly show what work needed doing and why it needed doing. He sat down with me and drew me an illustration about the inner drum part of my rear discs and how the parking brake grips against this inner drum part and the fact it wasn't working properly because it had all rusted and corroded inside this drum part. I can really appreciate this amount of patience and time spent with car dummies like me. You get what feels like such a personalised experience here that you feel like you're really being looked after and treated with a sense of detailed attention and priority. Despite being an independent garage, they are in quite a large unit with a roomy and clean office reception, that it feels even more professional and established than some dealerships I've visited in the past! I really can't think of any negatives about my experience with Pentangle MB so far and I will definitely be continuing to bring my sl500 here while that experience continues.

Positive experience, Pentangle worked through another dealer’s mistake methodically, explaining and showing me step by step what they were doing to correct the issues presented which were without question apparent to the team. I could have been a sitting duck in this position but Pentangle were very trustworthy and their experience shone though. I did choose to wait in their waiting room for the work to be carried out which took x2 hours and I came out very happy with just £57+vat paid for the work to be carried out and completed. My advice to you is book your vehicle in with Pentangle early because they are in demand. Brilliant team I’ll only use them from now on with my Merc I have owned for 8 years.

I would like to say a very big thank you to all the staff at Pentangle MB LTD for helping me fix my car after having the worst experience with Wilmoths Southampton car dealer/ garage near the stadium. They had my car Macedes Benz ML for almost to weeks laying to me that they are fixing it they asked me to pick it up thinking all ready for the road not to find that they had not touch any of the problems we had discussed. I took my car to macedes Benz near the airport were one of the staff told me my car was not worthy fixing, this is macedes Benz 2009 ML I could not believe my ears I told the guy i don't mind about the cost i need my car repaired so he booked me in and told me to come back in two weeks time thats when I remembered I had used Pentangle MB LTD before and I was happy with the work they had done before so I gave them a call to my surprise they booked me in straight away I took my Car they worked on it with in to days they called me to pick it up I was surprised how quick they were and how thorough they were, they even found a few things which had not been picked up. Their price was at least 1000 pounds cheaper to top it all up the best customer services I have had in a long long time. I am very greatful to all the staff at PENTANGLE MB LTD can't remember all your names. I would recommend any one with Macedes Benz to go to them you will never look back. I had the Best experience. I was thinking of get a deferent car make however not sure if that would mean I will need to go to a different garage. Thank you so much ML.
