Contacted Steve on Thursday night in the hope that he would be able to pick a customer up from the airport the following morning, straight away said he would be able to help and checked availability. Asked me to email Claire to confirm the details, Claire was very helpful and prompt at getting back to me with the answers to questions I had asked. Steve as promised was there on time to pick up my customer and they even commented upon arrival how easy everything was :) fantastic friendly and fast service - would 100% use again!

We recently held a large conference at Alton Towers hotel. We used CS Taxis to transport our conference guests from Stoke Station to the venue and the service was incredible. The services were all on time and were waiting for passengers outside of the station. The vehicles were clean, the driver was extremely friendly and it just made what could have been a hard day extremely easy. Thank you to Claire who was fantastically organised and arranged everything for numerous pickups and drop offs. Would highly recommend this brilliant company.

I had an accident at Alton Towers and had a number of injuries on arms,leg,ribs and head and Steve drove me very carefully to hospital after the walk in centre felt I needed specialist treatment, helped me in and out of the vehicle. Steve was extremely helpful its not very often someone you book to give you a lift can tell you so much about the local area, its restaurants and things to do. My daughter and granddaughter were stranded at Alton Towers yesterday 190 miles from home when a careless wheelchair pusher damaged my daughter's calf so badly that she was hospitalised and is today undergoing surgery. Throughout, CS TAXIS stuck with her and her 10 year old daughter, until I could get there by car from Suffolk. This company has behaved magnificently and there are not enough stars to award it, in saying thank you to it. The truest of true samaritans. I have never experienced such fantastic support from any organisation in all my days. How do you adequately convey how dreadful the whole incident was and how a couple of touring strangers got rescued by the magnificent CS Taxis. What a bunch of stars.

I talked with someone called Steve he literally told me to wait 5 minutes and a driver will be there for me I went from Alton towers to Birmingham city center the driver was kind and he didn’t charge me for stopping by a grocery store

Steve was amazing. I was stranded with my kids at alton towers after losing my keys and staff there were not helpful at all. He gave me a ride an helped me find my keys the next day. He was so helpful.

Absolutely amazing service, went above and beyond after a slip at Alton Towers necessitated an evening hospital visit and a long trip home separate from the rest of my coach party. Steve from CS taxis is an absolute star. We are from London and my 14 year old son needed to travel to a course in Newport so I was looking for a reliable taxi to get him from Stoke to the course and a few days later back to the station. I didn't want anything to to wrong with the journey as we are hundreds of miles away in London and my son didn't know the area at all. Steve was very reassuring when I made the booking, allowed me to pay remotely, and then updated me on each journey so that I was sure everything had gone well (more than my son did!). It was great to know that I had a driver that would make an effort to make sure everything went smoothly (on the return suggesting a good meet-up point and waiting as long as necessary). As a slightly nervous mother of a not-very-organised young teen Steve was patient and reassuring and literally couldn't have been better. THANK YOU!

Brilliant taxi firm! I travelled with them from Alton Towers to a local hotel which was an 8 minute drive away. It was a bit pricey of £25 but I was understanding as he had to drive from stoke which was 30 minutes away. Because I required a trip two nights in a row, he offered me a deal of £40 in total for both nights rather than £25 each night which was nice as the driver kept his word and honoured the deal. The driver was very friendly and asked how my day was and he sounded generally interested in what I got up to as he was asking lots of questions about it. The company is Alton Towers' choice of Taxi company because there is not many within the area. I would highly recommend this company.

I was stranded at Stoke hospital with my car at Alton Towers late at night. I'm not local, so didn't have a clue where I was, where the car was, or how to get back. CS took me there (the driver was really nice and good company on the half-hour drive), found my car immediately (in the dark, I might add) and then escorted me back where I needed to be. Amazing!
