C. B.Never had a problem at Kidsgrove station. The parking is reasonably priced and easy to navigate the station with only 4 platforms. Easy if you are ok with e ticket machines or getting tickets via an app. Not that often the station is manned. The new bridge with lifts are a welcome addition compared to the old bridge which has finally gone.
R. C.Had a mishap so ended up waiting for the next Manchester Piccadilly train and had a coffee
The lady serving on the 9th December 2022 was absolutely lovely and so friendly
She was so welcoming and made you feel comfy
Very very kind and helpful and absolutely excellent at her job
I don't know her but I feel like I've known her a long time
My new station friend lol

A. S.There is a place to get a drink etc. Not a bad station.
S. B.Good signs to the platforms and the new bridge is brill!!. Plenty of seats and well lit at night. Only issue was our board didn't work so we couldn't tell if the train was on time etc.

C. W.Went on a Sunday so had no issues with parking. Reasonably priced for all day stay. Lots of improvement work is being carried out with new lift and bridge part complete. Lucky that our trains not affected by staff shortages 🤞
C. M.It's a small station that trains stop at. You can get on one to transport yourself to a different destination, but do yourself a favour and buy you tickets via the trainline app - you'll save bundles. The station itself is handy for a lot of places, Stoke Uni, Manchester, London, etc. It gets three stars cos it's a no-frills kind of place. No shop or public loos, anything like that. However, they have made a spirited attempt at making it nice with a little garden you can wait for your train at, so that bumps it up a star.

D. L.A huge improvement, they now have lifts working. No awful bridge to cross any more. We done.
D. K.Shame the Web site didn't say the lift was out of order, as my mum has a stroller and could of done knowing that before we got there. Mum found it hard to go up the slippery stairs. Not manned either in the day to but tickets.
