C. C.Very nervous first time customer using this company. Needed to get my frail disabled mother to Burton hospital for a 11am appointment. Pre booked New Street taxi for a wheelchair access taxi booked for 10 15am arrived on time and driver put mum at ease and smooth journey to hospital. Many hours later I rang for a return journey home they remembered me and arrived 10 minutes later to pick us up. Cannot fault this service and would highly recommend this company. Many thanks for your kind and prompt service.

L.New Street taxis provide a great service and are very friendly on the phone their prices are also competitive and are cheaper than any other cab firm the drivers are also so friendly and happy to help especially if you have kids they do their best as it's hard to get your shopping out and sort the kids out too but what I'd say around 89% of the drivers from New Street Taxis are there to help they even help my elderly mum which in these covid-19 times it is hard for many drivers to even get out there car but New Street Taxis is the one I can always rely on. ☆☆☆☆☆
