Professional and extremely helpful as I was in another country trying to assist my minor child who ran into difficulty getting from Gatwick to Heathrow. Driver was on time and "really cool & interesting" (an unsolicited teenager review). Would definitely recommend and use again.

A. O.I use Micabi regularly for my trips to and from the airport. Saff in particular is always prompt, car clean,very professional and he always checks the routes before starting the journey which in one occasion saved me from missing a flight. Highly recommend this company.
P.This company are awesome! I booked online over email and was kept up to date. We had a bit of an ordeal with a dodgey taxi driver at the park which no one needs after an exhausting day. But I called up the company and asked if he worked for them as claimed. He didn't! But they reassured me on the phone and told me that my driver was minutes away. Then there he was, phew 😊 shame I didn't get his name but thank you!! He was friendly and welcoming he even flashed his lights so we knew it was him. The drive was very comfortable and we felt safe. Even lightened our mood making us laugh a few times!
I am a frequent visitor to the area for Thorpe park and business so in the future I will be using this company.

I have used them on a number of occasions now and they have been spot on. Each travel to both Heathrow and Gatwick for my business trips. Also used late night for a pickup from London and it was nice to sit in a comfortable Mercedes and be driven correctly unlike some of these crazy Uber drivers who have been very unprofessional.
