Used this garage for the first time to have 4 new tyres fitted to my Range Rover. Fantastic service from Dwight and Andy, who managed to work quickly despite being very busy. They provided some good advice too regarding brake condition and other areas of possible concern. Really nice guys and a Really good service. Would definitely recommend.

Really helpful guys there we also do some vehicle electrical work for them and have used them personally for some years now. They do there best to get you the best price for what you need. They even have a torque wrench which cost over £1000 pound which tells me doing things right comes first. Fantastic service from a friendly and knowledgeable team that managed to solve the vibration problem I had that no other garage did, by using the Hunter road force balancing machine. Their attention to detail is great, they didn't use air tools to remove the nuts and used a plastic blade to remove the old weights from the wheels to prevent them from being scratched. The first photo shows the wheel balanced statically, you can see it appears to have been balanced correctly (0g need adding). The second photo is the same wheel after applying load on the tyre, you can see how much out the weights are! The third photo shows the wheel after adjusting the weights following the load balancing. Result: no more vibration! I can't recommend BMTR enough! Aw and the coffee is great!

Offered a good price on Goodyear Eagle F1's for my car. Huge garage with good service overall and free hot drinks. Guy at counter could have been a bit friendlier. I was waiting at the counter whilst he carried out a few duties, would have been better customer service had he acknowledged me and simply said he'd be with me with shortly rather than ignore me. But overall a decent experience.

Amazing experience today after being quoted £330 and a 3day wait from kwikfit I rang these guys not only did they fit my tyres within hours of my call, they were super honest saying I only needed 3 not 4 tyres and told me the 'budget' tyres were great.. no up selling meaning they saved me the best part of £150!! Very happy customer and will be directing the whole family to this lovely lot

These guys are fantastic, I always good there. Brilliant staff, lovely waiting area with free beverages and fab decor. I went last on Xmas eve and was done in less than 30 mins for two tyres. It does get busy though so book and go in early.

Absolute fantastic service. Went to buy a tyre as car failed MOT (due to a bulge in the side wall of a tyre). BMTR inspected the tyres and noticed there were bulges on all of them They promptly replaced all of them as they advised it must have been a factory defect. Very honest service. Very happy customer.

I mainly went to BMTR because I have been having vibration issues when driving my BMW M4 at higher speeds. I had it rebalanced twice at different garages but the issue never fully disappeared. Thanks to the guys at BMTR that took a lot of time and care the car is now perfect again. Never been to a place that was so professional and friendly, all the way from getting the appointment booked in over the phone, to getting the keys back to my car. Can only highly recommend these guys for high performance cars, used them for 4x new tires, wheel balance and wheel alignment, all extremely well done!

Great service. Fixed a slow puncture, but then they also identified a problem with a different tyre that had a blown sidewall, which could have caused a blowout... thanks for the heads up! Used for many years and I generally receive good service. Smart, clean and comfortable reception / waiting area with free drinks, papers and mags. Usually work out cheaper on price - especially for premium brand tyres. Phoning in for prices is a pain because it gets answered by some random administrator who politely, but disinterestedly, puts you through to the right department - but not always.

Have just had fantastic service from these people. My problem was with my TPMS and was in no way straight forward. Sean in particular and the team as a whole thoroughly researched the situation with the help of their suppliers and contacts and have solved our issue. The main dealer wanted £180 to remap my TPMS every time I changed to winter wheels and then another £180 every time I changed back. Thanks to BMTR I have no further on-costs. Well done 👍 and thank you. Would recommend to all.

Had a vibration on my X5 that I couldn't fix so on the advice of these guys I decided to try their Road Force Balancing machine to eliminate a tyre or wheel issue. Even on a busy Saturday morning they spent a lot of time taking me through the process and showing what was wrong with each wheel and I ended up leaving with 1 new tyre, 4 perfectly balanced wheels and NO vibration. Without that machine I'd never had known one of my Dunlops was that far out of shape and I'm one happy X5 owner again.

There is nothing wrong with this place but l had to travel personally 2 days before to make my appointment because your website is useless l followed instructions only to be told by an adviser that you have come through to trade depot can't help will get you transfered but no-one answered phone another 2 phone calls later still no answer found out why when l got there because only 1 person on reception and only 1 tyre fitter on duty because its holiday season! You need to employ more people or set rules on how many staff can have holiday at same time. Based on my experience you must be missing business. BMTR could start meaning Be Mad To Rely on
